Hotel itself is nice, not 'a million rooms crammed into a tiny complex' which you'll see on the island. We stayed All Inclusive for a week and left 3rd of November, hotel was beginning to wind down for the season as we were leaving, it got very very busy from 31st October as they must have had a special Spanish Resident deal on, for Halloween.
Good bits: pools are nice, with a small indoor pool and new spa area. Kids splash pool is ideal for around 8y and under. Food is……

“Great location. 1 block from beach. Although has washer, I had no idea it would take days to dry. Be prepared to take to a laundry mat. Photos of apt were old, (furniture was old) but we were out and about so much it didn’t bother us.”

“Wir waren eine Woche in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr gut. Die Lage ein Traum. Wir konnten alles zu Fuß erledigen - einkaufen - Strand - shoppen - Abendessen und auch mal abends etwas feiern. Wir waren ca 30 Minuten zu früh vor Ort, was aber absolut kein Problem war die Damen die gerade sauber gemacht haben haben uns gesagt wir können gerne schon mal das Gepäck rein bringen und uns auf die Terrasse setzen. Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Aufenthalt ”

“Beautiful comfortable house in the town of Son Serra de Marina. Pool was great and the whole family enjoyed the outdoor living. We all commented how relaxing and calm it was there but you’re still in a town with facilities that were good with the supermarket and a few restaurants in walking distance.”

“Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt!
Das Haus ist wirklich tiptop...sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Lage ist für uns perfekt gewesen..der Strand, Supermarkt und Shoppingmeile war super zu Fuss erreichbar. Da ich kein spanisch spreche hat die Kommunikation aber mit dem Besitzer super mit Google Translation geklappt! Er war sehr nett und zuvorkommend.
