“The room was spacious, very clean and with a great ocean view. All personnel was very helpful, attentive and always with a smile. Transportation to different areas of the resort was easy and fast. We never had to wait more than 5 min. The only thing that we didn't like was the dinner service at El Mexicano and Solarium restaurants. There were enough waiters, but they were extremely slow, disorganized and inefficient, forgot to bring the food, drinks, and our requests. We had to remind them……

Puntos buenos a destacar: 1.- Los shows del teatro Oaxaca están excelentes, un aplauso a los bailarines y su coreógrafa que lo hacen muy bien. 2.- un gran reconocimiento al staff de entretenimiento; Bryan, Josue, Christopher, Fernando y Karen; son magníficos. 3.- La comida en general es muy rica aunque a veces son algo repetitivos. los restaurantes de especialidad son excelentes. 4.- La habitación muy bonita,……
