Farmhouse style with large front porch for visiting with family and loved ones. Large back yard for Bar-b-Que or other social gathering located in the rural setting of rolling hills and wildlife. You step back in time with the built in cabinetry downstairs in the kitchen and dinning room. Located between the 101 hwy and the 135 expressway.

"Spacious, Comfortable, and Perfect for Large Groups!" Spacious and Perfect for Large Groups

"Our church group of 14 stayed here for the weekend, and it was perfect! The space was roomy enough for everyone to move around comfortably and have their own space without feeling crowded. The home was clean, well-maintained, and had a warm, homely feel to it. We had a fantastic time and felt right at home. Highly recommend for large groups!"

Family wedding weekend

We had family coming into town from across the country--and the world--and we looked for a place in Santa Maria that might accommodate at least a dozen relatives. This renovated farm house could not have been more perfect--the rooms, the common areas, the yard--everything was beautiful, casual and welcoming. We would recommend this property whole-heartedly.

Home away from home

This home was the perfect setting for our family to gather as we traveled near and far to lay my grandmother to rest. Very charming, maintained, and welcoming home. Perfectly located with a country feel but close enough to grocery stores and the best pastry shop around.

In town for family burial
