Nice boutique style motel. Good value if you just need somewhere quiet and clean. Manager are attentive and follows up. Ample gated parking, boutique style furnishing and good use of lighting (lighted body mirror, bed, auto night light, lighted bathroom mirror, bed lights, nice clothestand (with hanger, steamer), keurig coffee, LCD TV, adjusted thermostat for AC/heat, see through small fridge, shower/tub, movable showerhead, foldable seat for elderlies, walled USB, outlets and feature other nice accoutrements.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and can’t recommend it highly enough. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated—every detail felt thoughtfully curated for comfort. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I loved the modern touches throughout the space.The location was perfect—conveniently situated near some restaurants, laundromat, 7/11 and still peaceful and quiet at night. What truly made the stay exceptional, though, was Sharath. He was attentive, and genuinely welcoming. From check-in to check-out, Sharath went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. All in all, a wonderful place to stay—I’ll definitely be returning!

Our stay at the Hotel Aventi was fantastic! The location was perfect, right in the heart of downtown with easy access to all the major attractions. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and modern decor. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going the extra mile to make sure we had a great experience.
