We have installed a complimentary level 2 EV charger with Tesla adapter for guest use in the garage.
Kitchen is spacious and has everything one should need for fully prepared meals. Utensils, pots, pans, essential baking tools, coffee pot (pods or pot), microwave, toaster, etc. When you are ready to eat you have your choice of a full 6 person dining table or 4 person round table. Our neighborhood is family friendly and walking distance to several parks, restaurants, and grocery stores. While close to many amenities, the neighborhood is quiet and only has one direct neighbor.
