“The apartment had many issues. Electric went off. Found out it had a meter you had to buy credit for. One towel that was dirty. No pots pans utensils, plates cups or silverware.lots of dirt underneath the furniture. Has not been cleaned in forever. The photo shown was not of the place I rented. Was supposed to have internet. Never happened the week I was there. Refrigerator not in good working condition. Didn't keep things cold. If you wanted it sit were it was cool you needed to sit in the……

“We had a wonderful 2 weeks stay at Floyd’s place. The place is just as described. A nice place to relax away from noise and traffic. Big and spacious with a nice balcony facing the wind. Gated community, Security cameras, monitor, and locked gates. It has a/c in some rooms but Floyd is about to upgrade a/c throughout the house. Floyd waited for us to arrive and had snacks available for us in the house. He was very communicative and responsive and made sure we were comfortable. Couldn’t expect……

“The property was clean and well appointed...my suite had two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which was perfect for me and my buddy...the roof terrace was awesome...we used this space to entertain some friends who were also visiting...the terrace is equipped with a selfserve bar and bathroom...no need to take guest into my personal space...the lighting gives this space a relaxing ambiance at night...my guest are still talking about it...host Catherine was awesome, she made sure i had everything i……

“Property is located away from main road in an area undergoing development so car would be advisable as its long walk to main road for transport links / taxis . It is approx 15mins drive to George Town and Jedda Chaggan Airport is 1.15/30 mins away. The soft furnishings / furniture as seen in photographs is different from that pictured but apartment was very comfortable & clean. However kitchen could be better stocked with everyday kitchen untensils/ ovenware & provide the use of an ironing……
