“You will find that the host is wonderful and very accommodating. He takes great care in maintaining his property and the grounds. The garden surrounding the house are like an oasis. The property around the house had many seating areas wonderful for entertaining. Although you do need a car to get around, we would highly recommend this property.”

“It’s hard to accurately describe how wonderful Livia’s Villa is, so I’ll offer this comment from a friend who arrived first: “It’s like stepping into a dream.” 15 of us traveled from the US and a few points in Amsterdam to celebrate my husband’s birthday. No one wanted to leave.The property is gorgeous, Livia is an exceptional host, the town and many amenities are close by, and Nonna Maria’s dinner on the first night was wonderful. We’d absolutely come back and are already planning our trip! ”

“Philippe the host is an outstanding person who just wants your time at his beautiful house to be perfect. He is extremely helpful, a great communicator and made our time there amazing. We would recommend any group to stay whether it be families or couples as the house is comfortable, clean with great AC, cooking facilities and the outside and pool area with view, fantastic. Used the pool a lot and headed out from the house on day trips which Philippe helped organise. He also took us food……

“1. Lage: nicht weit weg von Palermo, vom Flughafen nur eine halbe Stunde entfernt, idealer Ausgangsort für Ausflüge z.B. nach Erice, Marsala, Segesta, Palermo und Monreale. Im Ort nette Restaurants und Cafes, außerdem ein herrlicher breiter, flach abfallender Sandstrand 2. Ferienhaus: Im Ort auf dem Berg, in einem schönen Olivengarten, von der Dachterrasse hat man einen herrlichen Blick aufs Meer und die umliegenden Berge. Die Wohnung ist ideal für 2 ( -4) Personen, außer der Terrasse gibt es……

“The property is beautiful. We hiked and did tourist things during the day. Played in the beautiful pool to cool off in the afternoon. Went and ate at Eo restaurant which was recommended by the host. We did rent a car to get around our last two days. Fantastic time!”
