Could have been a 4.5-5 star rating
The 2 star rating is because the AC didn’t work well and the temp fluctuated between 77 and 78 degrees our entire stay. I notified management through their app, and someone responded through the app and not a text or call to our phones asking if they could enter the unit and try something (a potential remedy). We were out and happened to look at the app 45 minutes later and let them know it was ok. We never got a response or follow up. We stated in the original message that we could tough it out our last night, but it would have been good to know if they actually went to the unit and attempted what they had in mind and what the outcome was. We returned later that night and could see there was no change to the AC. Don’t know if they ever came by or anything. No follow up.
