The Benchmark mgmt team is terrible that manages this property. I accidentally booked only 1 night and realized it 5 minutes after booking it. I called to see if it could be extended for two or if I could get a refund. Two days later I received a text from Benchmark saying they would give me a full refund. I then proceeded to book another place for 2 days. A week later after not receiving the refund I called and they said they could only give me a partial refund because they had an internal issue. After going back and forth with them explaining that had I known I would have stayed there the one night and booked another place the second night they still would not budge. Even after supplying the text to them an Expedia. I reluctantly agreed to the partial refund and they trued to give even less than that. I think Expedia made them pay it. I would not stay here. I also did a complaint on BBB and the management company had several other complaints that were unresolved.
