The Inn at Gulf Place offers the unique experience of an intimate exclusive hideaway within the Gulf Place Town Center. You will be in the center of activity and energy while staying in a beautiful room with a spectacular town center view. Imagine stepping out for a short stroll to the beach, specialty boutiques and shops, restaurants, bar, nature trails, and tennis all located in the Town Center. This property offers atmosphere and convenience, along with a unique and stunning room, which is directly across the street from the beach. On site you can play tennis or lounge by one of the 3 swimming pools (2 pools are heated). Trails meander through this community of condominiums, townhomes and suites. The Gulf Place community features distinct amenities including excellent restaurants, large green space for exercise and concerts. This unit offers a private balcony and a short walk to white-sand beaches. At the heart of it all sits Gulf Place Town Center, an eclectic mix of restaurants, specialty boutiques and shops where you can gaze at the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico while you sip a glass of wine at the sidewalk cafe... My husband and I stayed here for a quick weekend getaway before the hustle and bustle of school starting and it was perfect! Location was wonderful and condo was nice and clean. Would definitely stay again

Overall, we had a great time & would stay again! Think of this unit like an efficiency: bathroom, bed, pull out couch, mini fridge, etc. But there were board games, extra linens, lots of towels. We did not know that the balcony was under construction prior to booking. We were only there one night so it wasn’t an issue. However, the fire alarm went off in the night and the building had to be evacuated. It would have been rather unfortunate if we did in fact need to utilize the balcony. The location is a very short walk to the beach and it’s a really neat area. Lots of shops, places to eat, etc. in the same “community” that the condo is in. There is no designated parking but we were able to get a trolly which helped immensely since we had to park a little distance from the unit. My only true complaint would be the access to the unit. There is a door that is not locked and is open at all times. You take the elevator to your floor and room. I understand that this is the only way for guests to access their unit. However, the fire alarm was suspected to be a prank since anyone could simply walk in, pull the alarm and then leave. I would not have even thought about this possibility had it not happened to us. After driving 10 hours, being asleep for 1 and then having to get 2 frightened kids out and wait in the parking lot for reentry, that experience was less than ideal. I understand it’s not the owners fault. Its just unfortunate that it was able to happen in the first place.

Rented this just prefect condo to just lay my head, since I had family right down the street with beach front house! Prefect location with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and places to shop around! Host made it feel like home and even tho I didn’t need anything during my stay they were very responsive through the booking process! Next time I need a place to stay, I’ll be booking with them again!

Mom/kids spring break!

Perfect little property for me to sneak away with my 2 kids for their spring break! We were able to walk everywhere! The condo was roomier than I was expecting and very comfortable! The pools and private beach access made it easy to jump between the pool earlier in the day and spend the afternoons on the beach when they were less crowded! We will definitely come back here!

Perfect getaway spot for two!

Our stay in Santa Rosa couldn’t have been any better! Convenience to the beach(right across the street) and various restaurants, not to mention good coffee in the AM, were perfect. Everything we hoped for a quiet, relaxing g stay was literally in walking distance. Our host was thoughtful and responsive to our messages and the condo was perfect for the two of us! We will absolutely plan to go back!!

My husband and I had a wonderful time in this quaint Vrbo. The owners think of all your basic needs so you don't need to worry, they have you covered. The location is exceptional. There are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and the beach is right across the street. Loved it!
