"Dolphins Corner" is a beautiful beachy chic ground floor 2 bedroom condo designed with you in mind. Relax and unwind in beautiful Blue Mountain Beach off the highly sought after 30A! The Village at Blue Mountain Beach is a gated community which features a large gated and secured community pool with covered cabana, a fitness center that overlooks the pool, a shuffleboard court and picnic/gazebo/grilling areas. Right outside of the gate is a fabulous coffee shop which is perfectly placed so that you can roll out of bed and take a stroll down the street for your morning coffee. An amazing Italian restaurant and an adorable Ice Shoppe are right around the corner. This home comes with a dedicated golf cart or electric vehicle parking space and charging area located behind the community gym which is a sold out feature for this community and not included in most rentals! "Dolphins Corner" is less than 1 mile to the nearest beach access point, located at Hwy 83 and Old Blue Mountain Road. This access point includes free parking, showers and restrooms so you can easily walk, bike or drive to the beach. It is also directly across 30A from the Timpoochee Trail, a 19-mile paved pedestrian and bike path along Scenic 30A that spans Dune Allen Beach to Rosemary Beach.

"Dolphins Corner" is beautiful, comfortable and bright with an abundance of natural sunlight and brand new bathroom remodels. The living room features a wall mounted flat screen smart tv to stream your favorites shows and movies from home during your vacation. Through the glass light french door off from the living room is a private covered patio with cushioned chair sets, side tables and a lamp perfect for catching up on your current book after a long day at in the ocean. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and cookware for all of your dinner needs. Grab a glass of wine and enjoy the kitchen bar with barstool seating for four, while your friends or family prepare a fresh gulf caught grouper for dinner. This home even has new stainless steel kitchen appliances! The en suite king master offers a walk in closet, flat screen tv with streaming service and private bathroom with brand new custom tile walk in shower with tile to the ceiling. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and flat screen tv with streaming service. The guest bedroom is located directly across the hall from the guest bathroom which offers a brand new walk in shower with gorgeous custom tile work all the way up to the ceiling. A washer and dryer combination unit is located in the condo for your connivence.

Great Home Base for a Wedding Weekend

In town for a wedding with an adult child and his plus one, we really enjoyed our stay. The Villages has a nice pool, fitness room and is walkable to an excellent restaurant. The condo had plenty of space for the four of us, was well stocked, clean and matched the photos/description in the listing. We would definitely stay here again.

July at Dolphin Corner

Property was very clean, but in old building with blown, burned outdoor electrical outlets. We had to charge our rented golf cart at a different building than one we stayed in—this was an inconvenience. Also paper towels and toilet paper made available as starter kit were definitely cheap dollar store crap supplies. For the money we paid to stay, I expect soft toilet paper-not sand paper.and paper towels that do not tear into small pieces when removing off of roll. Dawn dishwashing liquid was the only nice item included in starter kit.

Santa Rosa Beach trip

Loved this property- wish we had had more time to stay! This was a terrific condo for my son and I to spend a couple of days relaxing at the beach. Close to multiple beach access points and a great little taco shop within walking distance where we enjoyed a meal and live music one evening. Would definitely book here again.

ABSOLUTE PERFECTION

We have just spent a week at Dolphin's Corner and we can't say enough about the property. I am EXTREMELY picky about cleanliness, and I must say, this is the first time I have vacationed somewhere that I can honestly say was perfect! It was so clean it looked brand new. The bathroom is usually my point of concern, but these bathrooms were exceptional...juat so so clean!! Kitchen was well stocked..not that we used it much as there are too many wonderful restaurants in the area. The decor is lovely and very very comfortable . We especially enjoyed our morning coffees on the front porch. Location is in quieter part of 30A, but close to all the other beach villages. We just had a beautiful vacation. Thank you thank you thank you!! 😊

Very comfortable condo located close to the beach along scenic 30A. Great coffee shop located right at the beach. Nice amenities and easy check-in process. Would stay again! Beds were super comfy!

Property was fabulous. Clean, cute, soft beds, etc. But- of three nights in the condo we had about an hour of volumn on TV. Called first night, no response until next morning stating they would send someone out to fix with new remote. Came back in that evening and had sound but no new remote. Had to be corrected via the Roku app(?). Turned volumn down to answer phone call and never had it again. Called and sent text with no response. So, condo was great. Management not so great.

Fun in paradise!!

We had a wonderful time at the condo! It is so cute and close to shopping and restaurants. You can walk to the pool. Everything was as described - has an incredible time! Would come back!! Check out the Blue Mabel for happy hour and try the pulled pork nachos!

Not a great idea for a single mom with kids

Overall condo was beautiful…. Fully furnished and just as pictured. We will not be staying again however due to the unfortunate pool hours which close at sunset. That was not stated anywhere until we arrived at the home! The beach access…. NIGHTMARE!!!! Out of our seven day stay we only spent three days on beach due to the disaster of parking, getting ticketed, walking excessive distances, etc etc…. Not smart if it’s one adult and children. My biggest issue is the very poorly lit complex as well as the Main Street at night. It’s dangerous. Period. If you have very young children and want to walk, go elsewhere…. This is not a safe option!!!

Comfortable place in Blue Mountain Beach

We enjoyed our stay. The management company has a nice app that lets you keep track of everything you need for your rese. Clean, good location. Close to beach accesses, grocery store, restaurants. Would of liked a few more dish towels and some essentials but that’s not too big of a deal in this case.

Great Stay!!

Our family couldn’t have been happier with our choice to rent this condo. It’s super cute, beachy, warm, updated, and CLEAN. The beds/linens are so comfy and the towels are top notch fabric. The condos location is ideal- conveniently located to all things 30A but also tucked away, quiet and private. The pool was great- spacious and clean. Blue Mountain Beach is a quick 3-5 minute drive. We entered by Blue Mountain Creamery and it was an easy process without any parking issues. The communication with the company was excellent as well. We had a minor issue upon check in and it was handled immediately. My entire family agreed that we would stay here again should we return to Santa Rosa. Thank you again for a great week/stay!

Had a great time in 30A

It was our first time visiting 30A and we loved it. The location of the condo was perfect. We had plenty of room for our little family. The accommodations were great. We were able to cook in the kitchen and use tupperware to store and save for the next day. The bathrooms were clean and the showers were nice. The pool was right across the street and lots of fun! Overall great experience; would highly recommend!

Great Place!

This was our first time in the 30A area. We absolutely loved it! This property was stocked nicely including my favorite, a Tupperware drawer. Plenty of cups, pans, plates, etc. also had some chairs and umbrella for the beach. The decor was beautiful. I only book places at the beach in which the condo has beachy feel and this one did not disappoint. There was only a couple things that weren’t ideal. 1.) the community pool had some strange rules like no pool toys when other residents are present and 2.) we rented a 6 seater golf cart but it was too large to fit in the designated parking spot for golf carts so we had to park in regular and explain to the lady that walked around checking.
