Kitty’s Bliss is a four Bedroom, sleeps 10 with 4.0 baths home one row from the Gulf. This two story house is built on pilings. The pool is elevated to the first floor so no more walking down to the pool.
The first floor has three bedrooms: King Size Master with two sliding glass doors opening onto a deck and built at pool level.
The second bedroom is a King Size with one sliding glass door opening on to a wraparound deck and is also at pool level. The third bedroom has two bunk beds with a sliding glass door also opening onto the deck. The separate laundry, along with a wet bar and refrigerator, are on the same floor with the bedrooms for convenience.
The fourth bedroom with a Queen Size bed is on the second floor with a new full bath and private balcony. The house sleeps 10 people in beds.
The second floor also has a Great Room with a well-equipped open plan kitchen, bar, dining area, and beautiful sitting area opening onto a large covered balcony with a charcoal grill and bistro table. There is a 50 inch flat panel TV that can be used as a monitor, and a Blue Ray player with popular APPS such as Pandora and Netflix. There is a high speed Wi-Fi system that works throughout the house that is password protected.
There are five sliding glass doors opening up on balconies overlooking the pool which makes the Great Room very open and airy.
The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac and is private and quiet which makes it great for children, yet only 250 yards west of the Red Bar. There is plenty of parking. There are two beach access points within 100 yards of the house.
The house rents Sunday to Sunday during the summer season. Pet friendly. Charcoal grill.
