Great property. Cold staff, not friendly. Informed them of two service animals, gave their trained task, and then check out to find 3 separate charges on my account. I had prepaid the hotel. When calling, they converted the service pet, and charged me. The charges do not even add up to a regular pet fee. Multiple, unexplained, charges and when I called the hotel, they said it was Expedia and the reservations team. Expedia doesn’t handle service animal fees. Also, Expedia did not have access to the card they charged. totally disappointed by this hotel and will not return. I have never met such unfriendly staff in person or via telephone at a hotel before. Especially a “boutique hotel.” We will stay at the original lodge but not this one.
Do not trust the front desk. Unwilling to help when I called and so instead of continuing to speak to rude people. I will dispute with Amex.
