“My stay at this resort started off poorly due to a lack of proper guidance at check-in. Jefferson, the receptionist, failed to provide basic information such as buffet times, snack bar locations, or general amenities, which made our first day very frustrating. To add to that, we were unexpectedly charged a 15% fee despite showing tourist passports—this felt unfair, especially since I had already booked through Expedia at standard rates.
