“Great location. Flat has everything you need. The host was absolutely wonderful! She took us on a day trip to several treasures of places and her communication from booking through departure was over the top. We had a medical emergency during our stay and she came to the hospital to help out with language and comfort. Wish I could have given 10 stars instead of 5. Highly recommend this property. ”

“We only stayed for one night before our cruise but this apartment was very nice! Easy to find, great location, and very easy to get to the cruise terminal. Our communications with the property owner were very good. It is as advertised, and we would defiantly stay there again. Shops and eateries right down the stairs from the apartment!! Thank you!”

“Amazing stay at this small, family-run hotel! They were very kind, allowed me to check in a bit early and even came to the room to make sure I was settled. The only thing I didn't enjoy was the "breakfast". They put some prepackaged pastries in your room and this just wasn't sufficient for me as a breakfast. Other than that, this place is 11/10. ”

Heerlijk zwembad,Prachtige omgeving, dichtbij Rome en steenworp afstand van Necropolis van de Etrusken en de zee.Zeer vriendelijk ontvangst, goede communicatie en welkom gevoel omdat er wat lekkers klaarstond. Raad het absoluut aan! Enig Minder puntje: de extra kosten voor beddengoed en handdoeken. Dit is verwarrend in de advertentie aangegeven. Boveninstaat inclusief en ver eronder juist niet. En 150,- extra is dan best veel.”

“La casa è bellissima, attrezzata e fresca. Il giardino è molto grande e curato e affaccia proprio sulla spiaggia. La zona è molto tranquilla e a 5min di macchina dal lungo lago pieno di ristoranti. Il proprietario è gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. L'ideale per una vacanza rilassante, con bambini o animali domestici. Ci torneremo!”

“We were so happy with our stay. We stayed only one night before our cruise. It was perfect for us. Loved the water view form the big windows. Great location to the port, we took advantage of the free shuttles right in front of the building to the port. We also enjoyed the convenience of the restaurants within walking distance. The host was also excellent. She was easily reached via WhatsApp. I would highly recommend this apt.”

“Wir haben unseren Familienurlaub in der Villa Iara verbracht und waren rundum zufrieden. Die Villa ist genauso schön und komfortabel wie im Internet beschrieben – eher noch besser. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Gastgeberin und die Dame, die uns das Haus gezeigt hat, waren äußerst hilfsbereit und haben sich sofort um jedes kleine Anliegen gekümmert. Wir haben uns jederzeit wohl und gut betreut gefühlt. Wenn wir wieder in der Nähe von Rom Urlaub machen, würden wir unseren Aufenthalt auf jeden Fall……

“The host was terrible about communicating. It wasn't until the day I was on my way that I realized they had yet to tell me how to the property or where the room was. After messages through VRBO went ignored our transfer driver called and left a message, then called and explained that we were there waiting. It was then the host looked at the messages on VRBO and decided to reply they did not expect us for another 30 minutes so they had not cleaned the room yet. But "the girl"would give us the key……
