“This is an absolutely private place in the Tuscany’s hills. You can relax all day, but if you want the hustle and bustle of the city, Arezzo is the nearest big city (Siena 1.5 hours by car). There are several restaurants to choose nerby. A major shopping centre is 20-30 minutes away. The house is typical Tuscan style and well equipped, energy consumption needs attention but we had no problem. The big pool was our favourite, we spent almost the whole day there, there’s not much else to do on a……

“Vi var en familie på 7 personer. Bedsteforældre, søn, svigerdatter og tre børnebørn. Stedet levede absolut op til forventningerne. Autentisk og charmerende hus med rigtig god indretning, et fantastisk udendørsområde, lækker pool og imponerende udsigt. Vi nød at lave dejlige måltider, som vi kunne spise med smuk udsigt over bjergene, børnene elskede poolen, og vi tog på ture i omegnen, som byder på idylliske landsbyer og uberørt natur. “Our family stayed here for a week, place is fantastic and we felt very at home. All facilities very good, in a lovely area with decent restaurants located nearby. Only slight negative is that it’s not the easiest place to access, this was discussed with the owner on checkout who appeared to take the feedback onboard which is an always a good sign. Other than that, would be happy to recommend and also stay again!!”

“Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche dort. Ruhe, viel Natur und ein uriges, gemütliches,sehr sauberes Haus. Es war alles vorhanden, sehr gute Ausstattung. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und haben uns herzlich empfangen. Wir bekamen sehr viele gute Empfehlungen für Ausflűge und Restaurants. Der Kontakt war jederzeit schnell und unkompliziert. Richtig klasse.Wir konnten Samstags betreits spontan um 8:30 Uhr ins Haus. Das war wunderbar. Auch vorab hatte der Vermieter eine genaue Wegbeschreibung……

“It was a pleasure to stay in Guido’s beautiful Villa. The place had endless character and charm. It was very quiet. Close for day trips to Florence and Poppi, which was an incredible alternative to the touristy towns. We also had the best meals at Mandri nearby - all locals - and got to meet Guido’s charming family. The home was a step back in time and a perfect escape for a quiet week in Italy. A. A”

“We had a fabulous stay at Villa Bucigna (end July 2025). We were a large group of 17. 14 adult's and 3 young children. There was ample space for all of us across the 2 villas and wellness centre. Communication with Peter and his family during our stay was excellent and some minor issues were dealt with promptly. “We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, traditional Italian villa. Cosimo was a fantastic host—warm, approachable, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The villa itself is charming and authentically Tuscan, with multiple floors. While the stairs and layout may be something to consider for those with mobility issues or very young children, we were a mixed group of six (including older and younger guests) and found it worked well and was very spacious The home is brilliantly equipped……

“Vacances de rêve dans une maison et un terrain paradisiaques. La maison est très bien équipée (wifi, climatisation, ...) et le jardin est magnifique. Il y a une multitude de choses à faire et a voir en toscane. Il faut faire attention aux zones à trafic limité (ztl). Je recommande ce logement sans hésitation. Le seul point negatif est la route pour arriver à la demeure qui est assez pentue mais le voyage en vaut le coup. ”
