Very stylish sea view villa even from inside the house where you can admire breath-taking sunsets, recently built with refined architectural details and furnishings, located in a wonderful environment with great privacy in a stylish residential area. It is located in Santa Reparata Bay, a protected area bordering a marine park, in a natural setting of great style that is characterized by wind-sculpted granite rocks and a scented Mediterranean scrubland. It has a wide and fascinating private garden on three sides, two of them have a sea view with large granite rocks that lit up at night and an exterior shower, which is also in granite and provides hot water. There is a private and shaded parking space that can accommodate two large size vehicles. It has two large roofed verandas; one has an amazing sea view and barbecue, stylishly furnished with a 3 seater sofa, two armchairs, coffee table, large table and teak chairs. The other veranda, located on the rear, it is also furnished and surrounded by a luxuriant Mediterranean scrubland that characterizes the whole garden and a wide solarium with a breath-taking view. The house consists of a wide living room with two sofa beds, a granite wall that separates the living room from the kitchen. Two bedrooms, one with queen-size bed and en suite bathroom equipped with shower, while the other one has two single beds, a bathroom with bathtub and a junk room with washing machine. From each of the two bedrooms you can access directly the veranda located at the rear. The house has all the modern commodities: Reversible air conditioning, exterior granite shower with hot water, external open fire, Wi-Fi, and much more.

Splendida porzione di villa bifamiliare immersa nel verde e fra i graniti, con vista sulla baia di Santa Reparata e sui tramonto. Giardino molto godibile e la doccia esterna così come l’illuminazione notturna sono un plus. Le foto non possono rendere pienamente l’atmosfera che si vive.

Tolle Sommerferien
Wir verbrachten unsere Sommerferien in Santa Reparata und waren davon begeistert. Ein wirklich schönes Haus, mit wunderbarer Aussicht, viel Natur und Ruhe, vielen schönen Stränden in der Umgebung. Den lokalen Strand erreicht man in guten 5 Minuten zu Fuss und ist auch nie überfüllt. Vielen Dank auch an Andrea und Margherita die immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit sind. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Traumhafte Aussicht!
Das Ferienhaus ist hervorragend gelegen mit einer herrlichen Sicht auf das Capotesta. Alles entspricht den Fotos und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet ( sogar unterschiedliche Gewürze sind vorhanden , was selten ist ). Besonders gefallen hat uns die Dachterrasse, die ein grandioses Panorama über die Bucht bietet und abends einen tollen Sternenhimmel. Der kleine „Hausstrand“ ist im 10 min zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Er ist natürlich im August gut voll, wie man es erwarten würde, aber teilweise weniger Überlaufen als größere Strände, wo man mit dem Auto hinfahren muss. Einen Sonnenschirm gibt es im Ferienhaus ( kleiner Verschlag unter Treppe ) und ist auch dringend notwendig, da die Strände keinen Schatten bieten und es schnell sehr heiss auf dem Sand wird. Beim zurücklaufen vom „ Hausstrand“ , muss man leider den Hügel zum Haus in der Hitze hochlaufen, was unserem Jüngsten (4) etwas schwer fiel aber für Erwachsene gut machbar ist. Das in einem anderen Kommentar erwähnte öffentliche Schwimmbad , was uns mit den Kindern ggf interessiert hätte, wird aktuell anscheinend renoviert und stand deswegen leider zumindest im August 22 nicht zur Verfügung. Ausflüge sind um Santa Teresa sehr gut möglich aber natürlich braucht man für alles ein Auto und manche Strecken dauern lange auf den kleinen Strassen trotz kurzer Distanzen auf der Karte. Insgesamt ein gelungener Urlaub mit vielen neuen Eindrücken, der uns Nordsardinien näher gebracht hat. Gerne wieder !

Fantastique
Nous avons adorer cette maison moderne et spacieuse, confortable, bien équipée. La vue sur la baie est juste époustouflante, le coucher de soleil derrière la montagne, l’environnement incroyable avec ces rochers qui l’entourent, on se croirait dans un décor de film. La communication avec Andrea et Margherita à été parfaite. Ce fût un excellent séjour. Nous serions bien restés plus longtemps!

Wunderbares Haus in traumhafter Umgebung und tollem Ausblick
Ein wunderbares Haus, tolle Lage, traumhafter Ausblick, tolle Terrasse! Sehr sauber und gepflegt, hervorragend ausgestattet. Die Außendusche mit Warmwasser ist genial! Die Übergabe war super flexibel (DANKE Antonella!!!). Wir haben den Urlaub dort sehr genossen. Einziger Haken: es war der Beschreibung nicht zu entnehmen, daß es sich um ein Doppelhaus handelt.

sehr schönes Haus in wunderschöner Lage
Die Größe und die Ausstattung des Hauses ist perfekt. Ein wunderbare überdachte Terrasse mit herrlichem Ausblick und Sonnenuntergängen. Antonella als Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort war sehr hilfsbereit, sie hat unsere Tochter, die schon früher mit dem Bus angereist ist von der Bushaltestelle abgeholt. Im Haus fehlt es an nichts, auch ein Geschirrspüler ist vorhanden. Wir (vier) haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Schönes Haus in toller Lage
Sehr schönes, modernes Haus in einer ruhigen Lage. Zirka 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand und zirka 5-10 Minuten mit dem Auto in die nächste Stadt. Der Ausblick auf das Meer ist jeden Tag aufs Neue ein Highlight gewesen. Das Haus war für 4 Personen ausreichend groß. Es war alles da was man benötigt. Lediglich der in der Beschreibung stehende Pool ist nicht vorhanden.

Quiet place with beautiful sunset views
We enjoyed our stay in this semi-attached house with a beautiful view on Capo Testa and the evening's sunsets. It is a quiet place with lots of privacy. Unfortunately, we caught some strong winds and rain during our stay which didn't leave the house unaffected: the rain leaked into the house in several places and caused the main power fuse to flip once or twice a day. When the weather is good, it is lovely to sit by the window front or outside and watch the water, clouds and the sun. After some hiking or jogging, you can enjoy the warm shower in the garden.

privacy e relax con una vista meravigliosa
Bellissima casa immersa nel verde, assoluta privacy e vista stupenda. Abbiamo soggiornato con tre bambini piccoli che si divertivano in tutta sicurezza e libertà in giardino. Bellissima la zona di Santa Reparata, vista magnifica e tranquillità. Essendo praticamente fuori dal centro è necessaria la macchina ma in poco tempo si raggiunge sia il borgo di Santa Teresa che le splendide spiagge, noi abbiamo amato particolarmente quelle verso Aglientu. Gentilissimo il proprietario, e squisita la Signora Antoella del check in e out che assiste in caso di necessità (rapida, e molto disponibile) Grazie per la bellissima vacanza!

Het ligt er natuurlijk aan wat je zoekt, wanneer je speurt naar een vakantiehuis. Wij zochten een ruime woning, met twee slaapkamers, in een rustige omgeving. En de keuze voor deze woning bleek niet alleen op papier, maar ook in de praktijk te voldoen aan deze criteria. De ontvangst was allerhartelijkst. Zij nam ons mee vanuit een makkelijk te bereieken ontmoetingspunt in Santa Teresa Gallura naar het huis, wat een korte rit vergde naar Santa Reparata. De ligging van de woning is onovertroffen. De foto's op de site liegen niet: het uitzicht is fantastisch, over de baai van Santa Reparata. De veranderende weersomstandigheden zie je weerspiegeld in de zee en de aanlichting van Capo Testa. De tuin is riant te noemen, met zelfs een buitendouche die in de zomer goed van pas zal komen. Vooral de grillige rotsen in de tuin, een kenmerk van het hele noorden van Sardinië overigens, geven een apart cachet aan het geheel. De woonkamer is ruim, licht, en mist hoogstens nog een comfortabele bank extra. De keuken is leuk gecamoufleerd weggewerkt maar tegelijk makkelijk bereikbaar. Van alle gemakken voorzien, en modern van aanzien. Dat zie je niet in alle Italiaanse vakantiehuizen, weet ik uit eigen ervaring. Via een schuifdeur naar een klein halletje, waaraan een badkamer met ligbad en twee tweepersoons kamers. Via één daarvan is de tweede badkamer bereikbaar. Het dak is via een buitentrap bereikbaar, en kan als zonneterras dienen. Aan de voorzijde van het huis is een groot overdekt terras, waarop een lounge-set en een eettafel met stoelen. De ruime week van onze aanwezigheid was het af en toe wat kil buiten, en woei het nogal gedurende enkele dagen. Dat leidde ertoe dat het huis een wat vochtige atmosfeer had. Met behulp van de overal aanwezige airco was het wel te doen die op te warmen. En in de zomer zal het geen probleem zijn. Santa Reparata ligt een vijftal minuten verwijderd van Santa Teresa Gallura. Dat stadje biedt genoeg aan restaurants, supermarkten e.d. Houd er wel rekening mee dat de afstanden tussen de verschillende bezienswaardigheden in Sardinië soms klein zijn in kilometers, maar toch aardig wat reistijd vergen door de bochtige wegen. Om in Olbia te komen (aanbevolen) is toch echt een uur reistijd nodig. Reis naar Capo Testa, en daal klauterend tussen de grillig gevormde rotsen af naar het strandje. Bezoek hier ook Azarchena met de naburige Nuraghe-resten; met name de klim naar de Malchittu is de moeite waard.

Toller Aufenthalt, unkomplizierte schnelle zuverlässige Buchung ohne böse Überraschungen
Das Haus war sauber, freundlich, hell, ruhig, der Meerblick atemberaubend schön und es war alles da, was wir brauchten (Deutsches TV und ggf. Glasfaserleitung für stabileres Wlan sind die einzigen Verbesserungsvorschläge, die wir gemacht haben, braucht man, oder eben auch nicht....) Antonella hat uns in Empfang genommen und war immer und zu jeder Zeit ansprechbar, wenn kleine Problemchen auftauchten... Danke! So muss Urlaub sein!

Nice place but house consists of 2 units
We had a nice time. The location is as advertised, the views are terrific. When we first came the place was quite dusty and very hot (seems almost as if nobody was expecting us) but thanks to air-conditioning and a broom I found on the back porch we took care of this. We were surprised that the place consists of 2 units (maybe it says it somewhere but I did not notice). During the week cleaners came a few times to the neighboring unit, and toward the end of our stay a family of 4 moved in, presumably the owners, because they also brought a large dog and a bunch of gardeners with weed whackers who made a lot of noise one day. So it was not as private and quiet as we had hoped. Also, there was no mid-week cleaning (would have been a nice touch), and no information for renters, e.g. how to deal with trash, how to recycle, good beaches nearby, recommended restaurants, how to charge mobile router etc. We had to buy our own beach towels as the only towels provided were a few smallish white ones. And 'beach front' is not quite correct: There is no way you can walk to the beach. It's a fairly steep road down (you don't want to walk it up during the afternoon heat!) and the closest beach is not very pretty. But a 5 minutes drive around the bend is a really beautiful sandy beach, where we spent spent several days. We would have also liked more comfortable lounge chairs. The outside sofa was great but only good for 1 person to lie down. The family gives it 3 of 5 stars.
