Very noisy cleaners. Young guy at reception, whose name I think is Jose, was extremely rude, constantly interrupted me when I was speaking, refused to listen. This inevitably led to numerous miscommunications as he was simply not prepared to listen to more than 2-3 words of any sentence before starting to speak himself, + him making many assumptions that were incorrect. Staff need much better training in how to communicate with customers. This guy, when I told him that he was not listening, retorted in the manner of an immature teenager + said, ´You are not listening!´. On arrival, when I was making my way to my room, a young girl of about six or seven, wearing no clothing at all, ran into the building from the pool area with her parents + younger sister later coming up the stairs. When I reported this, the same guy at reception told me that the hotel likely does not have any specific rule about this for children aged around seven! This was a completely nonsensical comment from him, as clearly what he should have done is to find out what the rules are at the hotel + not make this ridiculous comment. On one of the days, my keycard stopped working for no reason-had not been kept near my phone or any other device. When I mentioned this to the lady at reception, she simply said, I don´t know why it´s not working, instead of saying that she would report this to the IT/technical department. Obviously, I do not except her to know why it is not working! Overall really unprofessional.
