“My husband played in a golf tournament and I explored the area. Santee is home to a fabulous State Park, there are shopping and antiquing options, plenty of decent restaurants, Charleston is an easy drive and EVERYONE of the locals is helpful and hospitable. Tons of GREAT golf courses. Fishing is everywhere but we don’t fish.”

“Spacious and well-laid out unit. Easy check-in instructions provided by the owner. Great place for families. Open concept which works well when cooking in the kitchen. Nice location on the first floor, but we never heard any neighbor noise above us. Parking spaces right outside your door for easy loading and unloading. The gated pool is close (steps from back covered patio with chairs) and just beyond it is a beautiful view of Lake Marion. Although we traveled to the area for a funeral, this……

“Kay is an outstanding host. The house was clean and accurately described. Kay has little touches that really make you feel at home. The beds are so comfy and the dogs loved the fenced in yard. We enjoyed the pool table, hot tub and hours out on the dock fishing. This was the perfect place for our little getaway!”

“Quiet property with excellent views of the water”

“Beautiful home very clean check in was no problem. The owners were very quick to reply with any messages. Had a problem with the propane tank for the grill and the owner was there within five minutes to replace it. responded to my text within minutes. Overall, stay was excellent great place to relax and fish. Very cozy home felt like we were home the whole week love fishing on the dock very relaxing. Would recommend it to anybody that wants to relax and fish. ”
