“I can't say enough wonderful things about this property. This house has everything you could want for an amazing week on Fontana Lake. Everything was spotless, beautifully furnished, and incredibly welcoming. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were very comfortable, and every room was inviting. We especially loved the outdoor space; it was private, peaceful, and perfect for morning coffee, afternoons on the lake and a relaxing evening. The host was very responsive, helpful, and made sure……

We did the train ride through the mountains, white water rafting at NOC, tried (failed lol) fishing, and we were close enough to make a day trip to Pigeon Forge. The area is beautiful and so quiet. “The Martin river house is a true gem! Bryn is an incredible host and she made every aspect of our stay special. The decor is stunning and comfortable. From the soft sheets, comfy beds, gorgeous finishes and fully stocked kitchen, no detail has been missed. Bryn has excellent communication skills and made us feel right at home. The house is sparkling clean. We enjoyed listening to the river each morning over a cup of coffee on the gorgeous deck and then ending the day relaxing in the hot tub.……

“Beautiful home, comfortable beds, this home is well stocked with just about anything you could think you might need and many things I would not have thought of but was glad they did! Loved the sound from the waterfall from the screened in porch, I spent every morning out there enjoying my coffee and listening. We found many local things to do and we took a day trip to Chattanooga which was fun. Thanks for hosting such a lovely property!”

“Everything was clean and fresh! They manager Allison was on top of everything! They were thoughtful little touches from booking to leaving that made the whole experience comfortable like you were staying with family or friends. Usually water this clear is freezing, but lake was warm and our little cove meant no boats speeding or causing wakes so we enjoyed swimming every day.Negatives - we wish we could have stayed another day or two…..We didn’t lack for anything and hope to return soon”
