“The location is good. There is a subway station nearby. Airport Line 8 to 10 and 2 stops. There are not many breakfast choices, you can choose according to the menu, but the menu waiter does not actively provide it, it seems that people provide it. The room is not soundproofed. Dogs are allowed. Can clearly hear dog barking and various sounds. We live on the 4th floor and the 5th floor is very loud. Affect the rest. The room was not clean enough. Service does not meet 5 star hotel……

“I only picked this hotel because it was the only one available on a holiday weekend, but I was pleasantly surprised. It was definitely like walking into old world elegance. I kind of wish I had been able to stay longer, but I'll know about it next time. Every detail looked attended to and the grounds were gorgeous! I showed up quite late and the gentleman at the front desk greeted me by name since I was the last one to show up. Very nice.”

“Fantastic service but location is too remote Every single attraction in Madrid is at least 15 mins away by taxi or 30 mins by public transport. Prices were comparable with central hotels, so there is little incentive to stay here. Sound proof is lacking and there was not much facility to speak of. Definitely felt closer to a 3 star hotel ”
