“地下停車場出口離飯店門口只有幾步之遙, 缺點是沒電梯, 行李扛得有點累.走過對街就是舊城區徒步區了, 走到大教堂約莫十分鐘, 門口右轉走約150公尺是市場, 水果價格算便宜.飯店服務人員親切且幫忙不少.房間大小尚可, 浴室大小讓人滿意.早餐水準不錯, 甜點種類也不少.網路有點連不上, 是一項缺點.整體而言令人滿意.”

“I love this place and the staff, from the receptionist to the housekeeper. Michelle and her team are professional and friendly. My room was clean every day, and the bed and bathroom were cleaned properly. This place has fridge so its really ideal to stay here for more than 3 days. Amenities They have soap and clean towels just bring conditioner Ask for hot water for your tea if needed. Would have been nicer if they also offered a hot water maker, but the fridge is good enough to keep my……

“Very nice hotel near Santiago's attractions. Staff was very helpful with retrieving taxis throughout stay. Use of Keurig (only with an upgraded room apparently, otherwise there's coffee service in the lobby) was nice though we could have used a kettle as well (or in lieu of). The room was very well appointed with nice touches with two doors overlooking the garden. The small metal light next to bed runs very hot (I burnt my finger) so be careful not to touch it directly to move it around……
