“We, a Dutch couple of 50 and 52, stayed in this beatiful apartment with so much joy. The lady who welcomed us is very sweet and she did everything to make us feel welcome. The house and garden are so neat. Everything that was promised in the advertisement (including the pictures where I, woman, are mainly looking at and only then read what is written) is accurate. The only thing that would make it even better is to have Wi-Fi. We could use the Wi-Fi of the apartment on the first floor, but……

“Accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire.Appartement spacieux et confortable. Propre et bien équipé. Grande terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. Situé au calme à 20 minutes à pied du centre. Pratique avec un garage.. Idéalement situé pour des vacances tranquilles et comme point de départ pour des excursions et des randonnées. Le seul inconvénient est que les habitants se l’immeuble ne sont pas du tout amicaux.”

“Die Wohnung liegt sehr weit oben auf dem Berg. Auffahrt ist nichts für schwache Nerven. Oben angekommen, hat man auf dem Balkon eine atemberaubende Aussicht. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Schade, dass man den Pool nicht nutzen darf.Senettte Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin lief ”

“Massimo und seine Frau sind sehr nette Gastgeber und haben uns toll begrüßt. Anders als erwartet handelt es sich hierbei um die Erdgeschosswohnung und kein Haus. Der Pool befindet sich im ersten Stock auf der Ebene der Gastgeber (diesem erreicht man über eine Treppe). Den Pool kann man leider nur von 9:00-18:00 Uhr nutzen (dafür aber alleine), das wussten wir leider nicht. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlt einem an nichts. Die Terrasse ist toll und überdacht. Ein Auto……

“The apartment is perfectly located in Ventimiglia old town, a short distance from bus stops and about a 20 minute walk from the train station. The stairs up to the apt in the 600 yr old building are challenging for anyone with limited mobility, but awesome balcony views make up for the climb. The unit itself was clean and comfortable but the common stairs and hallway leading to it were filthy - visible litter remained the whole 12 days we stayed. The unit contained everything we needed but……

“Das Haus liegt idyllisch in Nähe von Testico in einer kleinen Siedlung. Durch die großen Fenster die im Esszimmer verbaut sind hat man eine herrliche Sicht auf die umliegenden Berge. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Für Menschen die gerne Wandern oder Biken ist das umliegende Bergland mit fast unerschöpflich vielen Möglichkeiten einfach grandios. Danke für die schöne Zeit Familie Fetzer”

“Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Francesco ist ein toller Gastgeber und hat uns viele gute Tipps gegeben. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und befindet sich mitten im trubeligen Zentrum von Alassio. Alles ist bequem fussläufig erreichbar. Auch der Stadtstrand befindet sich nur gerade 50m entfernt. Einzig das Bad sollte mal erneuert werden.”

“Immaculately clean and well-equipped apartment with good internet and smart TVs in all rooms. Good quality (and quiet) air conditioning throughout and was much needed. Pool was clean and well looked after. Hosts live upstairs and were kind and helpful. Only drawback is the A8 motorway which can obscure the beautiful view of the valley and does have some noise which is only heard when outside the property. We had a great stay!”
