我們住在Galatea Suite。房間整潔並且符合相片所示。 服務很週到。員工主動推介附近景點及餐廳，有主動幫忙提行李。入住時空調滴水，員工立即找技工處理並於一小時內修理好。 早餐是入住時揀選時間及款式，然後到約定時間直接送到露台。早餐整體可口，但選款式不算多，但夠飽，亦有漏送款式情況，但問題不大。 除了以上的空調問題，電視好像不太能運作，但在費拉不是去看海景就是出去逛，電視壞了亦沒甚實際影響，所以並不影響評價。 私人按摩池是一絕。景觀對正日落。如烈日當空，池的範圍亦有遮陽的地方。池的私隱度亦足夠，近處的大街遊客不會看到，只有附近數個房間的露台會看到。(注意：個人覺得同一酒店的其他房間的私隱度分別很大。如Astrophelia的露台很大，但會有其他房客穿過。) 酒店位置一流，2分鐘到大街，5分鐘可到超市，帶上行李15分鐘內可到巴士總站(如走教堂旁的階梯，更可10分鐘內到達)。只是正門風景太好，經常有旅客拍照，妨礙出入。 由於街上都是鋪石春路，帶上行李走冤枉路會相當痛苦，建議不要臨時查Google Map，入住前先看地圖查出路線。

A place which in postcard
Best of the best ! Just located in the center of Fira but quiet enough as it is built on the slope of cliff. All the facilities are new and useful , including the bathtub which is under good maintenance. Generous breakfast with magnificent view! You can deposit your luggage in the reception room after checking out until 10:00 pm. It's easy for those who will take night flight or ferry. A little tough thing is you should carry your luggage with a long staircases from the front gate to your room.(A common problem in Santorini) ------------------------------------------------------------ 超级棒的地段，费拉汽车站上坡走到主街，大教堂对面就是它的入口了。住在悬崖酒店除了欣赏美景之外完全不用担心主街的酒吧吵到你，好好享受按摩浴缸吧，水很干净，且非常私密。 早餐很丰盛，看着蓝蓝的爱琴海真是一种享受。 如果你当天晚上要搭飞机或轮渡，可以把行李寄存在前台直到晚上10点，非常方便哦。 唯一的小问题是，从入口到你的房间，需要拖着箱子爬很长一段楼梯（当然圣岛所有悬崖酒店都有这个问题啦）

非常棒的环境，我们前两天住OIA，后两天住这里，觉得FIRA更好，更豪气，个人感觉。酒店服务相当到位，到之前会邮件和电话确认是否需要帮助，帮助介绍餐馆和预定租车，而且早餐相当准时（我非常满意），checkout那天是一早就要走，服务人员起大早帮我们做三明治，非常敬业（一般早餐8：30才开始，那里都是休闲度假的睡懒觉）

Staff was great, amenities was great, food was great, and the view was great! The staff was willing to go out of their way to assist me when the airline misplaced my luggage. (Everything worked out in the end.) I would stay here again for sure!

Anniversary Retreat
We stayed in the Luna suite and it was fabulous! Demitris and all of the staff provided excellent service, including booking my in-room massage, our airport transfers and our ATV rental. The suite was perfect for our romantic getaway: clean, spacious, and comfortable. The balcony provided the perfect place to enjoy beautiful views of the Caldera and sunsets.

Dimitris was so helpful and kind. We got there really late at night after our ferry was delayed and being our last stop before flying home after 2 weeks in Greece, we had very large bags. There are many steps to get down to the rooms and someone was there to help us. Breakfast was amazing! The view, the room, the area surrounding is so lovely. My only complaint is that a car was ordered for us through the hotel to get to the airport and the driver was really aggressively mean. We had bought some pastry for our travels home and the bag fell over in the car, partly because our luggage was in the van with us and kept sliding around because the area is hilly. Some sugar got on the floor and he got really angry yelling at us and slamming doors... That was literally the only bad interaction I had in greece on 4 islands! Everyone else was so lovely.

Dimitris at reception was very helpful and knowledgeable. The hotel, however, has gotten a little shabby—needs renovating. The real problem is that there are over 100 steps to get down to the hotel, and, of course, the same number to get back up to the street. I would not have reserved the property had I known that. I have lung issues, so it was very difficult for me.

Bel hôtel.
Bel hôtel avec une superbe vue sur la caldera. Bien situé dans le centre de Thira. Nous avons pris la suite Venus située au 2eme palier de l'hôtel. Celle-ci comportait un lit king size mais la salle de bain mériterait une petite rénovation. Le plus grand intérêt de cette suite était la grande terrasse et son jacuzzi privé quoique visible des bars attenants. Le petit déjeuner choisi sur une liste la veille est servi sur la table de la terrasse et celui-ci est tout a fait correct et agrémenté, si on le souhaite, d'une coupe de champagne. Tout le personnel est à féliciter pour son accueil, son amabilité et sa disponibilité. Le seul point à discussion, et cela en fonction de vos gouts, est le bruit des bars environnants. Ceux-ci mettent de la musique jusqu'à 1 heure du matin et si vous recherchez le calme ceci peut être gênant. Globalement l'hôtel nous a plu et nous pouvons le recommander.

Asteras is a wonderful property! The room was great, the service was awesome, and you can’t beat the location. You’re steps away from bars, restaurants, shopping, even the public bus is only like a 2 min walk. Highly recommend! Just a couple notes. One, you have to walk down a couple flights of small steep stairs to get to the rooms. This is not a negative, just be prepared for a leg workout whenever you go in/out. Second, the provided toiletries are not great. I’m talking 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner… for the price, I thought the toiletries would be nicer but there are stores super close that you can get nicer stuff from if you didn’t bring your own. Overall I would stay again!!
