We did not receive the bedding for our sofa bed after requesting it twice. The breakfast area did not open on time and then food service was extremely slow and unorganized even the coffee wasn’t ready 15 minutes after they were supposed to open. There was a wedding going on in the bar and this meant the bar was closed to non wedding guests and the wedding music and guests were loud after quiet hours. Our hot tub did not heat up and we were unable to find anyone in the office to assist us.

It was one of the most amazing hotels I’ve ever stayed at and trust me we have done our share of traveling. Also, my brother had his wedding there and it was top notch service and so very elegant. It made my husband and I want to get married again ! I will recommend La Maltese to everyone going to Santorini! ❤️

It was one of the best stay for me. The room is clean, big comfortable and quiet, plus we had a little pool on our balcony just for us. The view from the restaurant is to die for. It is literally breathtaking spot and we just never got tired of having an amazing breakfast there five mornings in a row! The staff are very nice, friendly and competent. You can ask them any questions they are always willing to help. Definitely recommended

Reasonably priced stay for Santorini however we didn’t have the best stay - the location wasn’t as close to Fira as anticipated so we’d have to take a bus to get to the larger terminal of buses. However some things were walking distance like good restaurants - the service wasn’t great, the front desk man wasn’t helpful with recommendations at all - the room wasn’t super comfy - the toilet had a horrible smell on the second day like something in the plumbing was backing up - the area overall didn’t have a great view and the pool wasn’t as noice as the pictures - the one good thing was the restaurant attached had a 5 star breakfast with an amazing view!

We stayed here after getting a last minute deal and were so impressed with everything. Our room was upgraded, everything was modern, clean and new. The staff were friendly and super helpful. The location meant we were away from the crowds of Fira but close enough that we walked everywhere.

This place is everything!!!! The customer service is so personal , they make sure you are welcomed and well taken care of. What’re type of service you need …,,they will provide or help you find it. One of the best properties we have stayed not just in this trip but ever, and we have been travelling for many years. Brilliant location, amazing sunset, great facilities and amenities. Staff starting with the manager Costa and everyone that works there were simply brilliant! Lots of food options and things to see nearby. Pool and Buddha bar were terrific and so was the American/continental breakfast. We are so glad we decided to stay here rather that the busy terrible mess that is Oia. Highly recommend staying here, can’t wait to come back!

Zimmer war sehr schön nur gab es keinen Kleiderschrank um schönere Anziehsachen aufzuhängen- nur Bügel an der Wand.schönes Schwimmbad. Hotelpersonal sehr freundlich, Kostas -Concierge sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer sehr sauber, morgens nach dem Frühstück schon sauber gemacht. Wunderbares Frühstück mit atemberaubenden Blick!!!
