Absolutely phenomenal property! We stayed in deluxe villa with pool front and hot tub, which was more than enough to help us relax and decompress. The staff is super nice and we also availed the airport pick up/drop off service, which was also great as Uber is super expensive in Santorini. The property is 15 mins walk from Fira and there's tons of restaurants around to eat at. Would definitely come back in future!

Hands down one of the best experiences!
Forget everything you think you want when planning your trip to Santorini for this place; Lilium Homes really has it all. The accommodations was beautiful, stylish, spacious and luxurious including heated jacuzzis and pools and its affordable! Lilium Homes are also offers a rarity of catering - it’s like having your own butler, you look at the breakfast menu, type what you like in WhatsApp and they partner will bring it to your Villa. But what really makes this place unique and takes everything to the highest level is the staff! We travel all over the world and seen so many places and therefor experience all kind of services and really understand how important the right people is for you to have the best possible vacation ever. The Manager, Vallia is amazing, she was there for us from the beginning to the very end and every question or request was met with professionalism and kindness. From suggesting the dinner at Afropsaro (go! Best decision ever) to have a gourmet experience and the most stunning view and sunset ever seen, to a private sailboat including dinner and drinks, to renting an ATV including places to visit. If you don’t want to drive, then Lilium Homes offers you private car where the drivers Dimitris or Pierre can take you to all the places you want to go - thank you both, so professional every time. Loved it! Note: there is a discrepancy between what Expedia calls the rooms & what they call the rooms. We thought we were booking a room with a private pool but instead had a private hot tub. It all worked out fine though as we had a beautiful sea view and just used the big pool. Love this place!!!

The hotel is amazing and the pools are very good. Each property has a private pool around a shared one. When we went there weren’t too many families so very quiet. Staff were amazing and incredibly clean. Very good value for where it is. Easy 10 minute walk into town but taxis on Santorini are a bit hit and miss. It’s the side of town for buses to Oia though so that’s also a bonus. Would very much recommend for adults and families with older children.

Bei Ankunft waren im Bad noch Haare vom Gast der davor das Zimmer genutzt hat. Reinigung angeblich täglich, jedoch nicht sehr gründlich. Abfluss in beiden Bädern verstopft. Allgemeinzustand der Villa lässt zu wünschen übrig.

Unfortunately we had a major issue upon check in which seems to be the norm between Expedia and his hotel (read other reviews on internet). While we paid for the 'grand villa' we were initially given a 'deluxe room.' It turns out that there is a disconnect between Expedia and this hotel. After getting on the phone with Expedia for about a half hour, it was decided that we would be upgraded to the largest room available and that Expedia would refund us the difference which they did, almost immediately. I'd hate to think what would have happened if that upgraded room were not available. Be sure to call Expedia at least a day before you arrive and ask that they contact the hotel with you on the phone to avoid an unwelcomed surprises upon check in. Aside from that, the facilities are great and within walking distance of downtown Fira. I highly suggest using their provided transportation as you will save lots of money if walking is not for you (transportation is expensive).

Fantastic! Everything was superb
I had a fantastic stay at Lilium Homes in Santorini. The apartments were beautiful, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet, yet close enough to walk to the main part of town. The hospitality was exceptional, and we felt warmly welcomed throughout our one-week stay. Highly recommended!

Ok hotel
Nice and quiet hotel. Nice to have a small private pool. There is no sunshades/parasols anywhere by the pools. Local area is not very exiting. Good kitchen but if you are more than 2 guests, there's not enough chairs available (only 2 kitchenchairs). Only 1 small sofa in livingarea in front of tv. 2 nice bedrooms with double beds and tv in both. Bathroom smelled a lot.

The outside of the rooms is stunning. The grounds are phenomenal. Having a private plunge pool made the trip. The sunrises were breathtaking. The interior left much to be desired. Very sterile feeling. Very steep stairs to get to the bedrooms. Any limited mobility would be a no go. Just carrying our suitcases up the stairs was difficult. Staff had limited hours, so that was tough. No one there for check out. There is no daily maid service. Which meant the trash wasn’t taken out during our 4 day stay, no new towels, no fresh linens. The location was not super convenient. About a 20 minute walk to Fira. Which isn’t bad, except at night the road is pretty scary to walk on. There was a small fridge (not super cold) and a microwave and some dishes, so that was nice. Breakfast in each day was nice. Overall, it was a decent stay.

Beautiful two bedroom apartment with private hot tub and plunge pool for ridiculously reasonable rates. Ten minutes walk from the delights of Fira with lots of high end drinking/dining options, but absolute privacy and wonderful views over the eastern side of the island when you want it. No onsite restaurant or bar, but you are literally 4 minutes from a huge choice of outside entertainment, so that really won't matter to you if you stay here. Have to say the entire staff, but especially Vallia the manager were amazing - helpful, friendly and unstintingly polite even in the face of the usual English failure to communicate in any other language than their own. If you stay here you can have a taste of a high end holiday for about a third of what that would usually cost you - you won't regret it.

Wonder Stay at Lilium Homes
My family and I had a wonderful stay at Lilium homes this past week. The resort is prefect for family fun in the sun and is close to everything you need. You could not ask for a better manger and staff, they made the trip stress free. Hope to visit again one day.

Villa comme sur les photos
Superbe villa. C’est comme sur les photos, et c’est en retrait par rapport aux autres villas qui donnent sur la piscine commune centrale. C’est très bien placé, pas rapport à Thira (à pieds) mais aussi pour rejoindre les autres point d’intérêt de l’île (en voiture). Les petits bémols : - la cuisine n’est pas très équipée (1 poêle, 1casserole, 4 petites assiettes, pas de lave-vaisselle, pas de grille-pain…). Pour une famille, ça pourrait être juste. - au premier plan, vue sur le parking (mais peu de passage)
