The hotel itself is more boutiquey and unique in a good way. We loved our Superior Suite which was spacious and comfortable and always clean. When we got there Melanie greeted us and helped wheel in some of our luggage. The services that I really appreciated: - unlimited free bottled water (although you're really paying for it in your hotel fee) - generous breakfast included - you order from a menu (see photo) - offer to pre-arrange shuttle or private car to/from airport and you pay the hotel the transportation fee directly - since we had an early flight out, they prepared take out breakfast for us which we appreciated. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure your expectations are exceeded. Another positive is the location - very central and walkable in Fira Would highly recommend this hotel!

Wow! This is such a nice property and both Kosta and Melanie were fantastic hosts. We were a large group - 15 of us total. We had rented the King, Queen and Family suites and were traveling with a 1year old. Property itself - amazing. So nice to have a private courtyard with a pool and comfortable places to enjoy the sun. We didnt really use the hot tubs in the rooms, they were a little too cold for when we would have wanted to use them, though I'm sure other guests will like the option. Communication with the hotel was made very easy - they are prompt with email responses leading up and use WhatsApp, so it was all very relaxing. Cannot recommend this hotel enough, such a good time.

We had the went stay ever! Melanie went above and beyond. Before arriving, she had messaged and arranged for transportation, reservations and made recommendations. We loved staying at this property! Beautiful rooms and pool. The Jacuzzi in the room did not get hot though, it's just warm so don't expect a hot tub. Everything else was great. Breakfast was also amazing each morning.

The hotel is beautiful and very unique with a lot of amenities. Breakfast is included and made to order. Food was delicious. Melanie at the front desk was very helpful and welcoming. She helped us arrange transportation for activities on the island.

The staff was absolutely amazing, particularly the day receptionist, Melanie. She booked tours for us to the famous archeological site, the black sand beach, and the Santorini Wine Museum (Koutsogiannopoulos) that is world famous, and Oia. The location of this hotel is key. Very close to the heart of Fira, so great for shopping. Immaculate room and grounds. Breakfast was included. I'm raving about this place to everyone I know! Well worth it! Beds were super comfortable. We had a party of 3 with 2 rooms. The pool was awesome!

My husband and I enjoyed staying at this hotel. The room was decent size. The hotel is within walking distance from the main square. You can either take a taxi or public transportation to go to the port or explore other parts of the island. Exceptional staff!

Quaint Boutique Hotel with beautiful suite like, cool rooms. Ours had a private closed off hot tub in th room. Facilities were really nice. Amazing hotel. Large and spacious room and balcony with private hottub. Staff were excellent - they brought our luggage in from the street and carried it up and down stairs for us, and the owner was lovely as well. Breakfast was served in the room and was generous and delicious. The annoying part was the multiple loud phone calls in the morning. We chose a breakfast time on the order slip, but they still called in the morning to confirm that they were bringing breakfast. We wanted to rest and nap again after breakfast but were woken up with a phone call to ask when we would like housekeeping. And then another one to ask when our breakfast trays were ready to be collected. Very uneccesary and disrupts our peace. Apart from that, I would highly recommend. We moved to another 'premium' hotel in Oia afterwards and wished we hadn't as it was nowhere near as good.

The property praises itself with 24-hour assistance but we could not find anyone and neither could reach anyone via phone when we got locked outside our room in freezing cold at midnight wrapped in wet towels. We went to check outside jacuzzi after almost suffocating in the inside jacuzzi. We didn't get severe health implications from freezing only because we run into two strangers who gave us their clothes & whisky to warm us.Theodor gave us keys but didn't tell that rooms get locked automatically.He showed up only 2 hours later and instead of an apology he said that he doesn't know how we managed to lock the room!! Such attitude was absolutely disgusting! On top of that, they use some toxic chemicals in inside jacuzzi which caused shortness of breathing and severe burning in the eyes for me and my daughter after 2 minutes in jacuzzi. It was scary. I asked to drain water from jacuzzi in our suite because the vapor of that chemical was getting even into our bedroom and I felt slight burning in the eyes and nose. when I slept. They refused to drain water from our bathtub jacuzzi. And no, it wasn't an allergic reactions as I have no allergies. I suspect, they add the same thing to the outside pools but because the pool is outside, the toxic vapor doesn't affect mucous membranes as much. Plus, there are no bubbles as in the case with jacuzzi. Never again we will stay in this property. The two day stay was a complete nightmare!! Thanks to the strangers for saving our lives.

I couldn't believe how beautiful the Hotel was, the Staff specifically the two girls at reception were the friendliest and more helped I ever encounter, I wish you an amazing Season 2025!!!
