“私たちのグループしか滞在していなかったようで、朝食もブッフェではないのに、とても時間がかかりました。大雨の後だったとのことでプールが利用できず、周囲になにもないホテルで何もすることがなくなりました。シャワーは熱湯が出てなかなか水が出ず、熱い湯か水の選択で、ちょうどよい熱さのお湯は結局出ませんでした。”

“Staff is very eager to pleaae. Property is 'daily clean', but it needs a good detailing. Marble floors are dull, brass and chrome could be much better, Areas with low foot traffic seem neglected. Back of house areas have debris, old furnishings, need help. It seems the hotel may be struggeling with the slow tourism revival after Covid.”
