Didn't spend a lot of time inside the hotel because there are so much to see in Algarve. Rooms are really spacious and clean with a huge balcony. A relaxing stay except the buffet dinner where you have to check in with the receptionist and then queue at a certain area to wait for seating. Food (not so hot) and ambiance are totally canteen-like. The next day we spent some more to eat at the Japanese restaurant next door which is good in terms of food and service - but you only get 15 Euro credit each person so it only covered like less than half of the bill. Front desk staff can be more proactive. If you do not have a car I guess it might be hard to get around the city.

"excellent location, very easy to walk about,stuff very helpful and friendly, room is really nice and spacious, only thing is the noise from outside, however,can not mark down due to this as this is because of the location i suppose. overall very satisefied"

"Staff was excellent!!! Professional, friendly and helpful. The room was small. The pool area was very nice. The eating area was very nice. All in all a good place to stay. Used Uber to get to mall, train, bus, beach and downtown Faro.Uber was very inexpensive. Did I say “Staff was Excellent! “"
