“We loved the house and the location. There was plenty of space/beds making it a comfortable stay. The hot tub was a great! I had difficulty getting a hold of the management company. And there was a bag of trash left in the kitchen and not enough toilet paper. Other than those minuscule things, I highly recommend staying here. It was lovely. ”

“My son and I stayed here during the Iron Man Retreat. The condo was clean and had plenty of towels and other necessary items. It was pretty quiet for a condo. Parking is at a premium for large vehicles—like a pick-up. This isn’t the owner’s fault, but one should be aware of it. If you have a large vehicle or trailer, it may not be the right place. ”

“Took a trip to St. Simon's with our grown children, their spouses and friends. This house was perfect for our large group. Between the main house and the guest house we had more than enough sleeping space. The common area was large and beautifully decorated, kitchen fully equipped, pool refreshing, and electronics easy to operate. Location was great to explore the island and management company helpful.
