“It was fine for a quick trip. The husband was a little disappointed that the pool and hot tub was out of order and the tv was not set up on wifi. It wasn't really all that quiet either. Could hear tvs in adjacent rooms and doors in the hallway. It was clean though and the breakfast service was great.”

“The aren’t a lot of choices in Gunnison. I would put the Comfort Inn at the top. Friendly and helpful staff, free shuttle to the airport if needed. Decent breakfast.”

“Communication could have been better. A text was sent inviting me to follow up with any questions, and when I did ask a question it was ignored. I asked at the check in desk and was given an indirect answer that didn't answer my question. The property was ok, signs point to renovations being in progress. Some things have been recently maintained and other items could use some attention. Overall it wasn't a bad place to sleep for the night. ”

“Secluded and beautiful lodge nestled at about 10k feet. The rooms are cozy and all have fireplaces that are gas fired, hairdryers, toiletries, and coffee makers. The restaurant has really good choices, especially deliscious is the pork green chili. Many outdoor activities exist outside the lodge doors; including hiking, fishing, xc skiing, snowmobiling, and atv'ng.”

“We couldn’t even get there. The property owner never sent over the detour time schedule so we were not able to make it to the property. I guess there is a bridge down and they only allow passage through the detour at certain times. She did not inform us of this until we were in Gunnison and had missed almost all of the time slots for passage. She lied, saying that she did send the information but we do not have it. Vrbo customer service and the property owner were incredibly unhelpful and……
