“We very much enjoyed our stay. It has a great layout with good views of the inlet(lake). It is a quiet location. There are a few minor issues with maintenance but the house has a nice relaxed feel and was very clean.We would definitely stay again.”

“We had a beautiful stay at Beachfront Escape. The house is very clean and well spec'd as you'd expect for this type of property.A very short walk to the beach. About 200m left along the sand to the patrolled flags. A short walk to coffee and fish and chips.Tech access in the house is very easy and we had the sonos system working with no trouble at all.The kitchen is well equipped, if there were more than three of us, I'd have probably needed a few more platters.This house does not have air……

“Our first impression was that the whole house couldn't have just been for us there were rooms aplenty. Our group was blown away by the accomodations and amenities. Highly recommend this property for a group stay, spacefor everyone,”

“We spent 4 days in Pambula Beach at this property. The location is on the cliff so views are great. But this house is so dirty and uncared for that it cast a shadow over our stay, knowing that after enjoying the beautiful outdoor we had to return to it. It is dog friendly which probably accounts for the piles of blond hair under the furniture. The kitchen is not fully equipped; there is no dishwasher which I don't mind but it means that your dishes are only as clean as the last visitors left……

“We stayed here with our eldest son and small little dog. We all had a fabulous time. The property was clean on arrival, had a secure and fenced garden for our dog and had plenty of utensils for cooking. The location is fabulous! Just a short walk to the local beach which was dog friendly and stunning! Then a short drive into Merimbula. We would definitely stay here again. The only thing that would make it even better was a remote for the garage door. ”

“The house is extremely damp to the point it causes breathing difficulty. We had to open every single window and door to try and air it out. We all ended up coughing because of it. I would go to the extent of saying it is a health hazard !!! Also it is quite cool at night but the only heating is a bar heater with frayed wiring and summer strength doonas . We could not use any blankets from cupboards because of the extreme smell of mould !!! I advise anyone looking at this house to stay in to look……

“Absolutely outstanding.Everything was thought of, hairdryer, washing machine, every utensil you could think of! The attic for the kids added a little mystery to their stay, as well as the mini games table downstairs.It felt more like a home than just a place to stay.THE VIEW. Wow. So impressive, views across to Pambula, the back lane and front beach were breathtaking! You could sit there all day.Hopefully we will be back again!”

“I'm sad to say the 2 bedroom unit we rented was in desperate need of a revamp. Everything from the bedding to the kitchen utensils were old, dirty and musty smelling. The bathroom had a revolting smell, the shower and ceiling were mouldy, probably due to lack of bathroom fan. There was also a powerpoint coming out of the bathroom wall that was an obvious hazard. Ants and cockroaches were everywhere! We had to ask for a fan for the bedroom as none were provided. Can manage without AC but……
