"What a great place! Sparkling clean, great balcony, comfy bed, a full kitchen, spectacular shower room, washer/dryer, and even a small living room area. But best of all was the staff. Everyone I met was so friendly and helpful. I should have doubled my 4-night stay!!"

Mis-communication. All of our fears.
"Great place. Clean and nick folks. There was a lapse in the communications between hotels.com and the facility. I had a hard time confirming my reservation as they could Not find it. (I made a back-up reservation using another service). When I arrived they finally were able to communicate with Hotels ..."

"I know this seems silly but the feature we enjoyed the most was the HUGE range of streaming services available! There’s a bit of a learning curve for the small bathroom shower. Hot is immediately located on the dial, not the normal way around."
