After multiple phone calls the hotel never picked up, or responded to the WhatsApp number. This was particularly annoying because they never sent us the room code leaving us unable to get into the room for over two hours. Once they called us back we were able to get into the room, which clean and exactly as advertised.

The property manager make a double booking to the room eventhough we already book 1 month in advance before check in and the other party only book 2 days before check in. The instruction given to resolve the issue is confusing and has caused great inconvenience. The room given later is much smaller.
