during my stay, most of the hospitality service is good, but only one comment is the concierge staff for parking service handover is communication breakdowns...one of the staff promise me will drive my car at main entrance at 0500hrs as we are going to shooting match but not happen finally. we almost late.
On the other hand, the drain of my shower cubicle is clogged and a long hair was found inside the bath towel......
