Beautifully Remodeled La Victoria -vacation home

This completely renovated pool home is centrally located in town near everything you could ask for. Only moments away from the Gulf of Mexico and downtown Venice's local restaurants and shops.
Enter your personal code on the smart lock and walk right in to your home away from home. So cozy and comforting for the whole family. This is a three bedroom home with two master bedrooms with en-suite on the other side of the home for privacy. Best place for two families to come share a great time! This vacation rental in Venice has a private heating and cooling salt water pool and it simply can't be beat!
The boat is a spacious lanai completed with a furnished patio and grill, a full kitchen, and all with the comfort of home needed for a relaxing retreat. When you're not lounging by the pool, you can hit a nearby golf course, reel in a catch at Venice Fishing Pier, visit Sharky's good food and spirits or spend all day along the sandy shores of the beaches just 3 miles away.
Nearby Shamrock Park and Nature Center offer a 80 acres preserve which links up with a 10 mile bike trail you can enjoy.

Our family enjoyed every moment of our time in this charming rental. The pool was better than described - heated and newly refreshed with a new paver patio. The kitchen had everything we needed. The garage held everything we needed for a day at the beach or the pool. We were extra appreciative of the beach umbrella. There were plenty of beach towels. The location was central to local beaches. Communication with the owners was prompt. We will be back!

Everything as described. Nice and clean. Beds comfortable, location good, approx 1/4 mile to Legacy trail. Our youngest grandchild who is almost 2 loved seeing and hearing the airplanes. It is close to airport and they do start up early. Pool was heated but cool for grandma, hosts did turn it up as I requested. It was cooler weather and windy this year so that made it a bit more difficult . Close to Legacy Trail and Shamrock Park. Close to Sharky’s , quiet neighborhood. They have bikes but our grands were too little for them. Sand toys for beach was nice for them. Pack and play used and helpful. We enjoyed our stay , thank you. The patio was nice to sit on and just chill. Would recommend!

We just returned from our stay at this home 12/23/24 to 1/4/25. The property descriptions do not do it justice. Home was extremely clean. We loved the location to the beaches, just a short drive. The warm salt-water pool was so relaxing. The extra refrigerator next to the washer/dryer was great to keep water bottles, pop, etc. for the beach.We found SO many shark teeth on Caspersen Beach! My kids had so much fun.We wanted to do something different this year after a recent death in the family. Overall, it was a very special Christmas/ New Years! We would consider visiting again. Very clean home, nicely furnished and well maintained. We enjoyed the heated pool during lots of windy days and chilly temperatures in February. The hosts were very responsive & the location is close to the Legacy Trail.

My husband and myself along with my brother and sister-in-law stayed for a week in this wonderful home. The home was immaculate and smelled so fresh upon entering. The layout was just perfect for two couples to stay there. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. The pool was a delight. It was on the cool side while we were there but the heated pool still enticed us to go swimming. The host was always prompt in their replies. Being able to park in the garage was an added bonus. Location was great as well.

We had a great time. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The pool and patio area were nice too.........we used them evey day. Our return trip to this home was great! As always, the owners are fantastic and responsive to any questions/concerns that may arise. The location is fabulous and it has everything you will need for your vacation. Make sure you take time to visit Shamrock Park; it is close and is great for walking/jogging/biking.

This was a fantastic property with plenty of space. It was nicely updated and clean. Nice distance to beaches.The pool was absolutely fantastic! Perfect for playing all day and keeping cool! The ferry to a private beach is no longer available to guests which is a bummer. Also, we would have liked to be able to control the temperature in the home during the stay. However, the owners were very responsive and helpful. Other than those two things, we absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend to others!

Our family stayed at the house for a week and had a wonderful time. The house was spacious and located in a quiet street, so we had no complaints. The beds were very comfortable and everything was clean and organized for us upon arrival as well. We were happily surprised to find a whole row of bicycles available for us to use, which we enjoyed on early morning bike rides to Shamrock park and to see the town. The pool was also very nice and had a lot of toys available, which the kids played with to their content. There were plenty Beach chairs, a cooler and an umbrella that we always appreciated having on the property for our trips to Venice Beach. The grill that was available was used almost everyday while we were on vacation, and it help up well. But most of all, communication with the owner was super smooth, and we were always one call away from any questions we had being answered, and the service was excellent. Thank you for helping our family have a relaxing vacation we won’t forget.

Aneta your home was clean, warm, comfortable and welcoming. The pool was a lifesaver because of the red tide. You’re location was great and close to everything that Venice had to offer. This rental is extremely clean and in a great neighborhood. The pool and deck is beautiful. We were outside on the deck or in the pool the entire week. Paul the property manager is amazing and top notch professional. The owners are awesome and reply to the emails quickly. The rental is close to downtown Venice with great shops, dining, beaches and the fishing pier. Also very close to Englewood. We would definitely stay at this rental again. Great job to everyone.
