Great location close to various restaurants and main roads. Each tiny home has its own parking space and a little private-ish side patio. Tiny home is extremely humid inside - they have a dehumidifier in the sleeping area but it was not enough for the entire tiny house. The place is also pretty run-down - floor tiles broken, floor tiles sinking as you walk, walls broken and badly patched, handles loose, tub with old fungi, etc. I could see that the cleaning people did what they could, but the tiny house is too run down and needs lots of TLC. The bed also doesn't have any railing and is right next to the stairs going down so it can be a hazard for people who move a lot while sleeping. Very average stay and I wouldn't recommend. Not sure if they have newer tiny homes (it's about 16 in there), but they really need to upgrade or improve the Pelican.
