This home has direct lake access (no road to cross) and a 80ft dock for swimming, fishing, sunbathing or kayaking. Guests are able to use the "pebble beach" area to launch kayaks (bring own person floatation device).

There is nothing like spending time on a lake. Saratoga Lake has it all! It is so close to everything, just 5-10 minutes to Saratoga Race Course, Saratoga Casino & Raceway, and Downtown Saratoga Springs (named top 10 best main streets in America). Easy access to public launches, public beaches, great restaurants, live entertainment, bars, golf courses and shopping.

Guest enter on the main level, through the garage/front door, from the circular driveway. The moment you walk into this home, you will be greeted by the 180 degree view of Saratoga Lake. Spend time with family and friends in the kitchen, dining room area, and living room area. The kitchen is well stocked for meal prep for 8 people. The Living room features beautiful leather seating with sofa, love seat with ottoman. There is a large 65" flat screen smart TV with all the streaming apps. The sliders open to the trex deck where you can spend time sitting to watch the morning boaters or relax in the evening with stunning sunsets. This view is amazing no matter what season or time of year you visit.

The lower level has it's own kitchenette area (full size refrigerator, microwave) and open area for a 4 person dining sitting area and the family room area with a large TV, full size leather sofa and love seat. The 3 sliders offer floor to ceiling views of the lake and an opportunity to enjoy the beautiful slate stone patio. The covered patio offers outdoor dining seating for 6 people and 4 comfortable lounge chairs to take in the lake views. Just off to the end of the patio, there is both a Weber grill and Blackstone grill to use for meal preparation.

There are 3 bedrooms located on the lower level; 2 bedrooms with Queen size beds and the 4th bedroom with a full size bed. Plenty of room and options for guests. All beds are brand new, high end mattresses, with spare pillows, blankets, and quilts. The main bathroom is located on this lower level and offers a full size shower/tub, sink, toilet, stackable washer/dryer.

The Primary Bedroom is located on the 3rd level and has THE most beautiful views of the lake. There is a luxurary premium king bed w/ flat screen TV. The Primary Bathroom has a walk in shower, double vanity, and soaking tub. Hair dryers and iron/iron boards provided. In addition to providing the linens (sheets/towels), lake towels are also provided. Also on the 3rd floor is an office area with 2 desks, office chairs, and extra monitor for those business travers needing to work remotely and laundry room with full size washer and dryer available.

There is parking available for up to 4 cars in the circular driveway. The steps (to both the 1st level patio and the private dock) are large stepping stones and guests must use caution when using.

NOTE: please see pictures to better understand level of difficulty. There are several security cameras on the outside of the property for security and safety reasons. Also, all fireplaces (main floor and primary bedroom) are not operational and are unavailable for guest use. Owner's boat is docked on their lift during summer months and is also unavailable and off limits to all guests.

Lake activities include:
**RENTING A BOAT: Tubing and waterskiing are popular. There are sand bars that guests like to dock at and swim.
**RENTING PADDLE BOARDS: A great way to explore the shoreline and view the lake closeup.
**SWIMMING/FISHING: You can swim or fish right off of the dock. :) There is seaweed depending on the time of season but it is a clean and refreshing!

SARATOGA RACE TRACK: Our famous horse races are not to be missed if you have a chance to go! Only minutes away!.
SARATOGA PERFORMING ARTS CENTER: Our outdoor amphitheater hosts concerts, ballets, orchestra, and shows covering all genres.
SARATOGA STATE PARK: Saratoga is home to natural springs and gorgeous protected lands with lots to do! Frisbee golf, playgrounds, running trails, pools and water slides are just the beginning.
DOWNTOWN SARATOGA: A historical downtown to enjoy the shops, restaurants on Broadway as well as parks, live entertainment, and night life.

We are also surrounded by the Adirondack mountains which have some of the most breathtaking views in the world. There is hiking for any level, waterfalls, white water rafting and more. Lake George is another wonderful town with many tourist activities and is just 25 minutes north on route 87.

The property is under 10 minutes away from downtown Saratoga Springs. Uber and Lyft are both available to and from the property should you not want to drive.
