“Overall a great house in terms of location especially if visiting for a race at track. Didn't get to use outdoor space due to rain. Inside is not a ton of space for "hanging out" as a group but we spent very little time in the house. Host was very responsive when needed. ”

“The duplex is located in a very quiet neighborhood - a horse farm is located right across the street - and was easy to find using our Waze app. The house is a fast 15 minutes from some really great restaurants! The house itself was lovely and very comfortable. The beds were firm the way we like them. Everything was in great condition and very clean. (Just a note, the water is well water so it was a bit brown when we first turned on a faucet. After letting it run for like 5 minutes, it cleared up……

“My friends and I visited Saratoga for our 25th year college reunion. We thought to stay on campus, but changed our minds, and I’m so glad we did! It poured the weekend we were there. When it got too wet on campus, we retreated to this lovely home to snuggle under the couch blankets and play the Scrabble game and guitar that were provided. The beds were comfortable and had phone chargers, and the bathroom had plenty of towels. When the door code didn’t work, the owners called right away to……

The hosts were quick to respond to queries, the place was well stocked with basics and we would absolutely stay there again. Thank you!”

“The space is perfect for large groups, we had 13 people. The top floor was the best place to hang which allowed people to be able to peel off and have some time to themselves when they needed. It’s just under a 10 minute walk to downtown, check out Lucy’s Bar and The Misfit. Tim was an excellent host and ensured we had everything we needed, would recommend this property to anyone looking for a fun girls trip! ”
