“Résidence flambant neuve. Les appartements sont fonctionnels et spacieux. Toutefois comme c'est neuf, il manque encore quelques équipements (la laverie n'est pas encore opérationnelle, quelques ustensiles pour la cuisine) La piscine est belle et surveillée. L'accueil est très sympathique, nous remercions Nicolas pour sa disponibilité et gentillesse. ”

“Struttura estremamente curata che non ha niente da invidiare rispetto ad un hotel 4 stelle. Camere moderne e confortevoli, climatizzate ed insonorizzate, bagno ampio e funzionale, letto comodissimo con topper. Nel ristorante adiacente, della stessa proprietà, il cibo è spettacolare. L'ubicazione della struttura è perfetta per esplorare la zona di Arbus con tutto ciò che ha da offrire. ”

“Very quick communication, apartment was very spacious, clean and comfortable bed. Very well equipped kitchen to cook meals. WiFi very good. Large outside terrace with table, chairs and sun loungers and beautiful flowers. Parking outside apartment. We had a delicious breakfast one morning in the hotel. Francesco and his family are so very kind and helpful and very welcoming. Beach and restaurants are nearby.”

“We had a wonderful stay at this villa located in the heart of Cagliari. Communication with the owner was great. The place had wonderful amenities. It was quiet. The internet speed was good. Dining, groceries and shopping are literally right outside the door. The air conditioning kept up with the heat. It is an easy walk to local sites and the marina. We parked the car at the train station. I suggest you get a monthly pass if you stay more than 5 days. We will book again on our next trip to……
