“Bon confort et excellent restaurant local”

“Location was great and easy to find. You're in the city centre and everything is walking distance. A/C was important to us and they had it in the bedroom and living room. The bed was super uncomfortable and would sink during the night which would be our only complaint. I think if the mattress was changed it would be 5 stars. We had a problem with the shower head, but they replaced it the day after and it was a great improvement not only for us but everyone booking after. Communication over……

“Be aware that there is no receptionist and you need to checkin online before arrival to get access code. ”

“Spacious apartments a couple of kilometres away but not directly in the nature. Communication around the extra fees could be better. Having to pay extra for bed sheets and towels, as well as needing to put them ourselves was a first for us. ”

“La habitación era acogedora, pero el pomo de la puerta estaba roto y costaba mucho abrir y cerrar, se avisó y supongo que intentaron arreglarlo sin mucho éxito. El mando del aire acondicionado tampoco funcionaba, creo que además de la limpieza que estaba muy bien deberían revisar estas pequeñas cosas”
