Needed towels
"We booked a 3 night stay (Th, Fr &Sat) due to a family funeral. Thursday and Friday nights we used the Do Not Disturb sign. So we expected the room to be cleaned or at least clean towels. We get back to room Saturday night to no clean towels and no trash taken out. We went to office and got towels ..."

"A quaint little hotel under new management. They are doing a lot of renovations to improve the property. They already have it VERY clean and running smoothly. Given time to finish their updates, I can see that this will be a great place to stay while in town."

First cabin was horrible
"First night in first cabin was horrible, spider webs everywhere. Very dirty and nasty. Could not sleep. Next day we got to move to another cabin. You would think they would have given us our money back for first night, but didn’t even offer. I have pictures of how nasty it was!"
