The only downside is that at night there were some loud noises, which may or may not have anything to do with the property. Nightly once or twice there would be a very loud bang. And additionally, it sounded like a piece of equipment had a motor running throughout the night. For the most part, white noise was able to cover the motor sound.”

“We had a wonderful spring break stay at the cottage. The house is charming and well equipped with everything you need. We were very pleased with the short walk to the grocery, the parks, the river, shopping, and restaurants, with a short 30-minute drive to ski Monarch.The pet-friendly accommodations were very important to us, and our dog appreciated the large yard.We enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the sun. We will definitely return in the fall for hiking.”

“Property was located perfect for easy access to downtown Salida. Surface cleaning was good but a deep clean of furniture and underneath is needed. Internet worked well but did crash several times and needed rebooting of router. There are multiple levels leading to the living area and one of the bedrooms, seemingly due to it being a converted carport. The levels didn't pose too many problems but not apparent from the property description or pictures. Despite the few minor issues, we would stay……
