“This house is perfectly situated, in that it’s a very short walk to the river and downtown and it has a cute front porch and backyard for hanging outside. The beds were very comfortable and the four of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”

“We had a great stay. The location is beautiful and the cabin is very well stocked with kitchen/cooking utensils and extra bedding/blankets. The hot tub worked well and was very clean. Also, the wifi works great. The property is centrally located and makes a great place to basecamp your Arkansas Headwaters adventures.”

“Harmels on the Taylor is a very nice resort. Unfortunately, we booked late so had a motel style room. We plan to go back and stay in one of their cabins. Breakfast was included and they have a fabulous dining room deck overlooking the Taylor River. We ate all our meals on that deck with our dog. The one thing that needs mentioning. They have a wonderful and happy staff. They were genuinely friendly, helpful that welcomed us in the door. Everybody in their store, office and dining room were……

“I travel a lot and I’ve stayed in several vacation rentals, and this one is my favorite so far. The views were great, the home was well stocked, and my family of 5 had plenty of room. Everything was clean and the hot tub was great! 5 stars!”

“House was new, very clean and had lots of room to spread out. Great to have 4 bedrooms and the kitchen had virtually everything we needed. Only recommendation would be to have a shady place to sit in the backyard (that needs landscaping). ”
