“The front desk lady was excellent. When the restaurant charged me for breakfast by mistake, she made an extra effort to refund me the money. Very impressive, I really enjoyed the stay. ”

“The only thing to watch out for is that the property has two buildings. The reception is in one building, your gps might bring you to the other one, and there wasn't really a sign that reception is the second building down the street. Had a pleasant (unfortunately short) stay.”

“Set in a lovely quiet area but well walkable to the main areas. Lovely park close by and a great cafe/bar for meals and drinks within a short distance. Staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Bathroom a little tired looking but was exceptionally clean and towels/toiletries provided. ”

“Great location on the Buda side. Convenient to public transportation - both tram and bus. Room was clean and nice with plenty of lights. The room also had a refrigerator. Also had an iron. I also had a very nice view, and could see some of Fisherman’s Bastion. ”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Tiliana. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel was just brilliant, being able to sit outside, eat and drink outside in the gorgeous sunshine was just lovely. The bedroom was great and a very comfortable bed. The hotel was really clean everywhere as well. Can't say anything negative about the hotel or anyone. Thank you so much. ”
