Villa with housekeeper 200 m from the sea in Porto Columbu (1 km from Pula)

Villa on two levels with housekeeper: 200 meters from the lovely beach of Porto Columbu, 1 km from the heart of Pula. The house has 3 bedrooms: 2 on the first floor and 1 on the ground floor; a living room with a TV area; a fully equipped kitchen; 2 bathrooms; a wonderful covered porch of 40 sqm, with separate BBQ area; a well kept garden, with flowers, green plants; above ground pool of 1.50 mts depth; outdoor shower with hot and cold water; private parking. Air-conditioning in the sleeping area and in the living room; washing machine; dishwasher; microwave oven; iron and ironing board, toaster, boiler, etc.
Included in the price: bed linen and toilet towels; beach and pool towels; a house and pool cleaning per each week of stay; cot and a high chair on request.
Final cleaning costs are counted as an extra but added to the rental price, to be paid during the booking procedure. While a refund of 140€ (per each week of stay) will be asked cash on your arrival at home .
A deposit of 300€ cash is asked on arrival at home and will be given you back at the end of the stay.

Valeria was amazing. Excellent communication, some lovely home made treats on arrival, lots of great recommendations for the local area. The house has everything you need for your stay. Sitting under the covered patio by the pool with the cool breeze in the afternoon was so relaxing. Highly recommended.

This was exactly what we had been looking for, a nice villa with a swimming pool close to the see. We had wonderful relaxing time there, very cosy. Pula is very close with all needed grocery stores. A car is strongly recommended, and gives access within half an hour to all the marvelous beaches south of Nora/Chia (Exceptional in May before it gets too crowded) Valeria has been a wonderful host, extremely responsive and supportive even during the week end. The stay was a full success and we can only recommend this place.

We had a really beautiful time in Sardegna. Beginning with the warm welcome from Valeria in her great equiped house. She cooked for us a great Sardegnian tomato / sausage-sauce. We also enjoyed the local specialities which she arranged when we arrived at the house. Everything was easy and uncomplicated during check-in and also check-out. We esteemed her tipps for beaches and restaurants in the region. We loved also to go to Pula in the evening for Apéro‘s or icecreams. Really nice! Thank you Valeria!

We were a group of 4 people and wanted to explore the south of sardinia in a relaxed manner. The accommodation is the perfect place for this. The house, the garden and the pool were clean. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need to cook. Communication with the owner was very good.

Our stay at the villa was fantastic! Valeria was such a gracious host and made the check-in process a breeze. The property’s is literal steps from the ocean (you can see it from the villa!). The town of Pula has many restaurants and attractions and is about a 5 minute drive. Wonderful stay all around!

Der Aufenthalt in Valerias wunderschöner Unterkunft ließ keine Wünsche offen. Valeria ist eine sehr hilfsbereite und sympathische Gastgeberin. Für unsere Ankunft hat sie sardische Spezialitäten und Getränke vorbereitet. Es fehlte im Haus an nichts. Zudem hat sie uns hilfreiche Tips für Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung geben können. Valeria was an excellent (and generous) host - started us off right with some local foods (just what we needed after the trip over). The house is very nice, exactly as pictured, on a quiet street in a very comfortable neighborhood - great for walking and very close to beach (little rocky). Nearby Pula has all the shopping, restaurants and gelato we needed. Nice sandy beach in Nora. Mornings on the beach, afternoons in the pool, great food and wine the rest of the day - we all enjoyed the stay very much.

Valeria was lovely to deal with and the villa itself was really nice - as was the garden area. The listing states '1km from Pula', but this is a little misleading as you cannot walk into the town from the villa - it would take well over an hour. Unfortunately there was a lot of building work next door during our stay which of course is not the fault of the owners of the villa! Again, I'd stress the villa itself and dealing with Valeria was great. Our 1 year old toddler loved it!

We went to Sardinia for a wedding and decided to make it a weeks holiday with our 2 and a half and nearly 5 year old daughters. We were taken by the location and the look of the villa. Before arrival the communication with the host Valeria was very good with every detail or question very well explained. Since our arrival Valeria made us feel very welcome into her home and got freshly made Italian pasta which it was a treat after a very early flight from the UK. The house is perfect for a relaxing holiday with kids, with a perfect outside area with bbq and pool and a lovely outside shower. The beach is just a 3m walk away. The house is very secured for kids with locking gates so it’s the neighbourhood. We had a rental car and we visited the surroundings areas which some of them make you feel like you are in the Caribbean but we actually enjoyed being just in the house and chilling. We will be definitely coming back again. Thank you Valeria and Gianetto for your hospitality and for sharing your house with us.

Herzlichen Dank Valeria! Die Kommunikation war vor und während dem Aufenthalt hervorragend. Valeria hat uns bei Ankunft Spezialitäten der Region inkl. für die kleinen, 1 Jahr, bereitgestellt. Wir waren zu viert und hatten genügend Platz. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Zum Einkaufen kann man nach Pula und man findet alles, was man braucht. Die Strände im der Umgebung haben wir von 10 - 30 Min. Fahrzeit abgeklappert. Alle sind wunderschön! Auch in Porto Columbo kann man an den Strand, hier vermehrt Kieselsteine. Die Menschen sind alle sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend! Wir haben noch auf die Hunde in der Nachbarschaft hingewiesen. Auch hier versucht Valeria alles, damit es den Gästen gut geht. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und je nach Urlaub, kommen wir gerne wieder. Wichtig: es hat Mückengitter sowie Stecker, welche sehr wertvoll sind. Danke nochmals Valeria und alles Gute! Frida hat grosse Freude am kleinen Bären :-).

Das Haus ist wunderschön und hat eine sehr gute Lage ! Man ist in wenigen Autominuten in Pula (sehr zu empfehlen ) und an zahlreichen Traumstränden. Das Haus hat alles was man für einen gelungenen und entspannten Urlaub benötigt und ist sehr komfortabel. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von der Eigentümerin empfangen. Sie hat sich sehr große Mühe gegeben. Als wir ankamen hatte sie den Kühlschrank mit sardinischen Köstlichkeiten gefüllt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Toller Urlaub auf Sardinien bei super Wetter. Die Betreuung durch Valeria war von Anfang bis Ende hervorragend , man kann sich egal mit was auch immer an sie wenden. Das ganze Haus mit der Terrasse und dem Pool ist einfach schön und alles super sauber und gepflegt. Schöne Strände in der Nähe, Einkaufen und Essen kein Problem. Wir waren vier Erwachsene und hatten genug Platz für alles, die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet. Die Klimaanlagen sind Gold wert bei den Temperaturen. Wir können es ohne Bedenken weiterempfehlen. Ein wirklich komfortables Haus. Liebevoll eingerichtet und alles da was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Optimal sind der Pool und die Nähe zum Strand. Zu Fuß keine 5 Minuten, einfach perfekt. Wir wurden super freundlich von Rosi (der Haushälterin) empfangen. Ein echter Sonnenschein. Auch über die kulinarischen Köstlichkeiten bei unserer Ankunft haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Sehr schön war auch, dass wir Valeria und ihre Familie noch persönlich getroffen haben. Unser Fazit: Ein super schöner und erholsamer Urlaub und deshalb gerne wieder einmal.

Appena trovato l'annuncio no ho estitato a prenotare la casa. L'annuncio riflette esattamente il pensiero e l'amore di Valeria verso la sua casa. Entrandoci ti senti a casa tua. Valeria é gentilissima ed oltre ad essere gentile pensa al comfort degli ospiti. La posizione é magnifica in quanto la zona é calmissima nonostante le altre case vicine (non si sente nulla) e si trova a 2 minuti dalla spiaggetta. Tra tutte le spiaggie visitate questa é la migliore, non esteticamente, ma perché i turisti sono praticamente nulli ed il mare bellissimo. Ad 800mt ci sta il porto, unico punto di ritrovo del paese. La casa é dotata di tutti i comfort e Valeria noché Erica e tutti gli altri sono persono assolutamente squisite. Ci tornerei immediatamente perché se vi volete rilassare siete nel posto giusto. La piscina é molto bella ed utile nel caso vi sentiate pigiri :) e la doccia esterna é un gioiellino. Il patio é bellissimo.. Insomma é stato tutto perfetto. GRAZIE VALERIA

Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und nett. Es gab bei Anreise ein paar kleine lokale Leckereien als Willkommen. Sehr gut nach der Reise. Das Haus war sehr gut eingerichtet, gepflegt, ausgestattet und sauber. Es gab alles, was man für den Aufenthalt braucht. Besonders haben wir die überdachte Terrasse und den Pool ( vor allem die Kinder) genossen. Das Haus war ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge zu umliegenden Stränden und Cagliari. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt!
