“This is a wonderful property to spend time with family. Staff is very friendly and go out of their way to help you with your request and the whole place is so close to nature that it almost feels like just being there is a vacation in itself. Kids loved all the trees and outdoor activities especially the river and wild crocodiles in the back. ”

“Everything was excellent. Four star because of issues with prechecking. Hotels.com agreement was to pay at the property. Also they had my credit card information to charge if we don't canceled before allowable time. They send me their bank information to transfer funds week before while we were traveling outside US. Then they sartrd calling asking for OPT number. My us credit card don't provide OPT. They acted like they never had foreign citizen stay at their property. Afterfew phone calls. I……

“We truly enjoyed our stay in a tent residence. It was very comfortable and made us feel we were camping. The staff was readily available and polite. The food was delicious. I wish they had cleaned the pool. Both days we were there temps were in the 90's and a dip was just the thing but the pool was filthy. However that wasn't a deal breaker as everything else was excellent.”
