“The condo was as described. It is a little ways out of the city center so having a vehicle was a must. “This property was perfect for our weekend in the city. We were originally supposed to be in a different unit, but the property owner notified us that it was not available to us, due to other tenants leaving it in an awful state. She communicated with us right away and quickly switched us to a different unit. This unit was spacious and quiet. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was amazing :). If you’re heading to Saskatoon, this condo is a great home away from home. ”

“We were in town for a week long conference that was just a short walk away. We had our 8mo and a babysitter and it was easy for them to pop back and forth but also explore downtown. The designated parking spot was very handy. There was a pack and play and high chair seat that saved us bringing our own. The gadgets were a bit much but maybe savvier people could get them all to work properly. ”

“Second time we have stayed in this complex with the same owner. The apartment/condo is located in SE Saskatoon in the newer neighborhood of Rosewood. Close to a Tim Hortons, a pub/restaurant. and supermarket. Walking trail in open space nearby. Unit is well appointed and clean. May be a bit short of utensils if one plans on cooking meals. The chairs and couch in the living area are not comfortable and difficult to use if one has mobility issues. Temperature in the master shower (steam shower)……

“We were travelling for a double family funeral and required an extended stay. This place was very reasonably priced and was everything we required for an infant and the week that we needed it for. The add did state you got an entire home but was a 2 bedroom basement suite. The free street parking at times meant you were not even on the street and parked around a corner. Do highly recommend for a small family and we would stay again as well.”
