“This place is a hidden gem. Can’t wait to stay again. ”

“This property was perfect for our weekend in the city. We were originally supposed to be in a different unit, but the property owner notified us that it was not available to us, due to other tenants leaving it in an awful state. She communicated with us right away and quickly switched us to a different unit. This unit was spacious and quiet. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was amazing :). If you’re heading to Saskatoon, this condo is a great home away from home. ”

“We showed up to the property and the property manager had not sent us the details on how to get into the unit. We were outside waiting for them with my two elderly parents at -10 degree weather to answer as we called several times and tried messaging the property manager but they never answered us. Also tried directly with VRBO and they tried to communicate with the property manager with no luck. VRBO tried accommodate us with a less than adequate hotel room as a good gesture but we did not……

“Second time we have stayed in this complex with the same owner. The apartment/condo is located in SE Saskatoon in the newer neighborhood of Rosewood. Close to a Tim Hortons, a pub/restaurant. and supermarket. Walking trail in open space nearby. Unit is well appointed and clean. May be a bit short of utensils if one plans on cooking meals. The chairs and couch in the living area are not comfortable and difficult to use if one has mobility issues. Temperature in the master shower (steam shower)……

"This hotel is not clean. I lived there for two nights. I asked the front desk for house keeping; I also hanged up the sign of refurbish before 10am, for more than 24 hours, according to their instructions. No one came to clean my room. There is hair in food in their restaurant. And also dark marks on bedding linens; I feel itchy sleeping here. Too expensive for such experience. I don’t recommend it."
