booked a room in advance, I booked through expedia, requested for a rollaway bed. Had a direct message from the hotel, saying I quote
“ Good Afternoon (name) ,
We do not have rollaway bed but we do have air mattress available and we will deliver the one prior to your arrival. We do not charge for an air mattress.

I checked in around 4 ish and no bed, had to call and go there in person to get them to get me one. The lady said they didnt have no more beds and if they didnt deliver it, then we have no beds. Soon after I asked another worker and finally got the bed delivered. But it was late, around 9-10 pm. We were getting ready for bed and the bed was already deflated and most definitely has a hole. Its late and we wont disturb others by pumping up that mattress with the air mattress pump(electrical)
Morning comes, I get told from I believe is the gm and says how was your stay. I said not that great. And that we had a bed deflated, and that one of us had to sleep on the floor, and he said how come you didnt come to the front or phone the front. I said the same thing, I dont want to disturb you or other guests at 11-12 am late at night. And Besides I was told that if the bed wasnt delivered then you guys have no beds. The gm said they had lots of beds, more than enough. I mentioned the lady that helped me before said this to me, and as K mentioned I recognized her and she quickly went to the back of the office. All in all. Not a very good stay.
