“Great location with Beautiful views of the sea. Everything from initial contact to arrival at the flat to departure was flawlessly organized and completely worry-free. Owner/Host Marili was very nice and sweet and went above and beyond every expectation to ensure our complete satisfaction. We felt so comfortable with her as if we had known her for years- just like family. The Restaurant Osteria Del Prigo is right outside the entry and had great seafood with large portions at a good price. Avoid……

“We cannot recommend Villa Clodia more! We had our wedding as well as our rehearsal dinner, all while hosting 18 of our family members all at this location. The hotel is absolutely stunning, from each and every room, to all the outdoor spaces, to the lobby that becomes your living room. When we booked this location, we didn’t know what to expect being from the United States, but Charlotte and the team ensured that everything was ready and absolutely perfect! We highly highly recommend this Villa……

“We were 11 people aged 6-68 who stayed for over a week in the Villa. Everyone except the grandfather wants to come back to the Villa. The grandchildren gave the Villa 8.5. Their parents gave the Villa 8. Grandma and Grandpa, who are more snobbish, gave the Villa 5 (out of 10 possible). The tennis court and outdoor play area were great (8-10). We thought the pool was heated but it wasn't - that was our mistake and at this time of year it was too cold for general use. All our children were happy……

“This apartment is huge. Even has a tv room. Nicely decorated. Washing machine was a plus and there is a clothes line outside the kitchen window for drying. Bed was comfortable. Another plus was the pastries, jams, creamers and water. There is no toaster however. Great location too. I would come back and stay for a month.”

“What a wonderful villa with a pool and jacuzzi tub.The host was extremely easy to communicate with and was very gracious. Extremely clean, with great bedding, towels and amenities. Kichen was well stocked with a bbq grill outside near tge fabulous pool.Great area near shopping, restraunts and bars. And close to amazing sites.A must do. I would reserve this villa in a heartbeat.A definite favorite for us.23 minutes to FCO airport, and not far from Rome. ”

“We are a family of 5 from U.S. We stayed here the day/night before departing on a cruise. Emy was a great host and everything in the apartment was as described. Easy check in. It is within walking distance of everything we needed, grocery, cafe, restaurants. A favorite memory was walking to and attending mass at Cathedral of St. Francis of Assisi in Civitavecchia. Thanks for a great stay! ”

“Abbiamo prenotato la struttura last minute per il nostro viaggio dei 100 giorni. Roberto è stato gentilissimo, la struttura è molto grande, pulitissima e dotata di ogni comfort. Siamo stati veramente bene e abbiamo passato 3 giorni indimenticabili. Arrivarci è anche velocissimo, arrivando da Roma abbiamo preso subito il raccordo, cassia ed effettivamente dentro la campagna viene fatto 1km con tutta strada asfaltata. Veramente comodo quindi da raggiungere. E' stata un'esperienza indimenticabile,……

“We did our check in documents a bit late, but we found the location and it took us a bit to locate where we actually were going to be staying. However, everything was sorted in about 30 minutes and we are so happy with our stay and the location we chose. It was an amazing experience!”

“Roberta was very communicative and accommodating. The apartment was just as pictured and absolutely spotless clean and fresh. The bed was just ok but the linens were very nice and fresh. The location was excellent and just between the train and the port. We would for sure recommend and would stay here again.”
