Reception was nice and polite when check in and check out. However, the room was noisy, guests from next door just talking and shouting all nights, called reception to complaint but took at least half an hour to send some people in to ask them to quiet down. Restaurant staffs were un-polite.

Everything is fantastic, nice staff, good facilities, beautiful pool and views.
But, you must consider the location and transportation before booking. The hotel is located next to an one way road and the traffic is bad all day. You have to wait more than 15 to 20 mins for the car everytime if you wanna go out, even more.
However, it will be a great choice for you if wanna enjoy and stay in the hotel.

"Very clean and spacious room with well-equipped amenities. Breakfast buffet was excellent with variety of options. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Location wise needs a bit of walking to transportation (10-15 mins) but it was pleasant walk. Overall very nice stay and will definitely come ..."
