Lake Michigan beach & guest home in Saugatuck with frontage on the channel at the pier head with a great walkable beach and just doors from 1000 or so acre Saugatuck Dunes State Park. Can walk to beach with just a few stairs. Main home and guest home are great for entertaining with 2 kitchens; main home has 2 center islands and eating areas inside and out on a huge lakeside wraparound porch. NO Weddings over 25 on site but MANY wedding/event centers within a few short miles. New heated in-ground pool 2023. 2022 Hot tub. Guest house has 5 bedrooms and 4 baths, a 2nd laundry & a 2nd full kitchen with a ping pong table below with couches and a futon sleeper and sliders to new in-ground heated pool (heated at 85 degrees). Main house has 3 en suites each with king bed and balconies/decking on both sides of the rooms.

Book a full 7 days at both main/guest house in the summer Saturday to Saturday between Memorial & Labor Day weeks and included is a complimentary 4-hour each trip about my 60' fantail motor yacht with captain for 6 persons.
